1972 Yamaha EW433 with two speed transmission. I ran what is now trail 417 between Munising and Marquette before it was a trail complete with train rails still present. Great sled other than starting issues. Low gear allowed for deep snow and woods riding.

A couple years back they installed a tunnel under 41 on trail 14 to Big Bay. Makes crossing 41 sooo much safer. However the north side of 41 has been developed and makes for some parking lot driving if you go off trail and head to stores, gas, food, etc. Give us an idea where you want to start...

I suspect there is ”red tape” issues with governmental agencies handing out $’s. Someone would scream it is a violation of fair practice with any gov entity unless the monies are requisitioned through a bid process.
