    Hope?

If these storms had all of us in the bullseye, most of us know the track would change before it would arrive. Most times it changes within hours, I can't count how many times I have went to bed only to wake up and find out the track changed within a few hours. I am starting to think I would...

    Hancock

The hole must be fixed because we never came across anything. We did ride thru Hancock, it was bad but I’ve ridden worse unfortunately. Everything north of there was good. The new snow helped, Bergland area is the best riding right now in my opinion. The ride yesterday morning from Twin Lakes...

    Hancock

Thanks, well we are going to see what happens, I will make that decision when we arrive in the parking lot of the Ramada.

    Hancock

Can you ride thru Hancock without too much trouble? I now it’s spring conditions but I don’t want to ride pavement for two miles as I cross the lift bridge and ride north. I’m leaving Bergland in the morning and heading to Copper Harbor with my son. Just want to know what to expect so I can...

Glad you enjoyed it. I rode 110 miles and passed 5 sleds and three groomers. All trails were smooth and fast. Great day to ride.

LOOKING FOR ANY INFO ON PIERCE COUNTY CONDITIONS 1/29/23

Usually people trailer across the river. You can sometimes cross down by Pepin, Wisconsin on Lake Pepin. Across the lake is Lake City, Minnesota. With the weather this season I don’t think I would try the river/lake crossing. Glad you are enjoying the trails in this area, when the snow is good...

LOOKING FOR ANY INFO ON PIERCE COUNTY CONDITIONS 1/29/23

Our club in Red Wing usually grooms on Tuesday or early Wednesday so they should be in great shape. I am probably riding tomorrow as well. May ride again Friday also.

LOOKING FOR ANY INFO ON PIERCE COUNTY CONDITIONS 1/29/23

I live across the river in Red Wing and trails are great hear so I would assume they are good as well on that side of the river.

    New Business Owners

We always stop and eat there when we are in the area. Hopefully coming up the 9-12 for the first shakedown run of the season, snow permitting of course. Looking forward to seeing the changes made. Pray for the snow guns to start!!

    How I Spent My Tuesday

First of all I would like to thank you for being a role player in the training. It is not always easy to find people willing to play that roll. I am a firefighter/paramedic and our department has three medics attached to the Swat team. I spent 8 years on the team and it was fantastic. All...

    New trucks

Just a normal 10 ply, they ride really nice. Not noisy at all that I notice. When towing the truck feels much more stable but that could also be due to the air ride as well. They have a taller side wall than came stock on the truck.

    New trucks

I bought a new 2022 Ram Limited in November, sticker was just over $70k. Dealer had no market adjustments which is nice as those have become common place lately. After a few rebates and a first responder discount out the door was $65,500. I offered $64k and to my surprise they accepted. I...

Watersmeet Trail Report UP Thunder Riders Snowmobile Club

Totally understand, I go every year around this time so I know what I may find. Hopefully it’s cloudy the next two days and the temps shouldn’t do too much harm. Wednesday’s warm up and possible rain will hurt.

Watersmeet Trail Report UP Thunder Riders Snowmobile Club

So myself and two other guys are going up tomorrow morning to ride for a few days and come home Wednesday when it warms up. Sounds like we should stay around Watersmeet. Hopefully we can put a few miles on. Was hoping some counties in northern Wisconsin would open tomorrow. Some riding is better...

    Watersmeet conditions

Coming up Sunday with some guys and we are going to ride the week mostly in the LES areas. Is it possible to start in Watersmeet and head north or should we start closer on the west side like Bergland? We are riding Copper Harbor, Big Bay, Munising, Grand Marais, Paradise. Just would like to...

    2012 Polaris Rush 600

I want to pull the engine and can’t figure out exactly how the injectors and intake come off the engine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Starter

Has anyone ever used an aftermarket starter with any luck. My starter works but makes an awful grinding noise while starting the sled. It is a 2012 Polaris Rush 600. Everything else in the starting system has been replaced so I’m sure the starter is just getting tired. I found one from a company...

    Minnesota snow

It has been tough to find any updates, the DNR board won’t update until Thursday. So where in Minnesota did this storm stay all snow and how much have you received so far? Looking to go to Brainerd area or even further northwest to places that received no rain.
