As some folks don't want to think Cat gives a crap about the customer, name one manufacture that has done more to draw the younger people into snowmobiles? Kitty cat, 120s, 200s, and now the Blast 400. All designed for bringing people in. Even a Blast for the the young mountain people to learn on. These are just my thoughts and I know others feel different, that's OK with me.

Agreed. Our larger Catillac trail sleds are going on ten years old, with ten year old suspensions. We have no plans to replace them. But we have everyone of those small sleds you listed including a new Blast, with two new Blasts on order. And if you ever get a chance to ride on a Blast take it! It packs all the fun of riding a modern sled 300 miles on a railroad grade and packs it into a short ride into town.

Please don't compare Aaron Rodgers to an Arctic Cat ....an Arctic Cat would be more like Kurt Cousins...lol

Yea right wasnt comparing but I think Cat is better than Cousins. Thats a kid that has taken advantage of the situation but good for him

I am curious, is there enough room to fit a 15" wide track on that thing? I am assuming there is since they have a 15" track on the LT and new XR.
Sorry ours is up north so I cant measure it. Maybe someone else can chime in. I heard rumors they may widen the ski stance and or add sway bars next year. My fear is they'll "refine" the fun right out of it. You know that guy that's always looking for jumps/bumps on the trail, always doing wheelies, riding out of corners on one ski and then continuing to ride on one ski just because? The Blast will turn you into that guy. It just begs you to play. We want to get another ZR and then the two up model when that comes out. But be advised, its not a 300 mile per day sled, look elsewhere for that. Its more about packing a ton of fun into every mile and then having steam rise off your head when you take off your helmet kinda sled. ;)
I hear what you are saying. I am toying with the idea of trading in my 16 HC for a Blast XR or the Yamaha equivalent for a little more playful sled to ride on the pseudo-trails I normally ride on in northern Illinois (I am talking Kane County, eastern Region 5, so please don't get upset with me if you are from McHenry or Tri-County, your trails are very good). But, I really enjoy riding the HC around this area too because it handles the ditches and plow banks extremely well. Thanks anyway.

Brian and Pete, I'm glad you're both happy with your Doo's. You both were great customers and I always enjoyed both of you. Miss seeing your faces and hope life is treating you both well! Well said katden4!
