Yes I agree we waste another year but it's still better than being a bears fan!

I'm thinking if they can get 8 wins they will come out with another super bowl shuffle but it will be the 500 club rub!

Enjoy your time with Rodgers. that's all im gona say. he retires packers are a dumpster fire. all about the QB.

And im not saying the bears are anything. they have sucked for 7 straight years. the common denominator in those years, was no good QB play. The have never had great QB play. good QB makes a team look a lot better than they are. Its time for the bears to finally get out of that slump. Monday night!!! Go BEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've sucked for a loooong time.
last 20 years they're under .500 12 times. A couple of .500 seasons and 6 seasons over .500.

Optimism is running high in the windy city for this kid to pull them out of the doldrums. We'll see if he's the 2nd coming or just another name in a long line of crappy Bears QB'S.

No matter which was you slice it. good QB=winning.

Ya know the packers from bart starr to brett favre. horrible.

Thank god we FINALLY landed a winner!!!!!!!! BEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty young so I don't remember those other fellas before Favre but I do remember Ryan Leaf and of late a fine young gentleman named Johnny Manziel. Both of those guys were the best thing ever to come out of college. Should've gone straight to the NFL from high school if you ask me.

I remember a game not two years ago. Rogers goes down with something and in comes some random dude we had riding the bench. Throws 6 touchdowns tying the record with Favre for most in a Packers game. But your right momoney, without a good QB your not gonna make it.

Everyone get ready, here comes the Chicago Bear dominance for the next 15 years!!!

Trubisky looked good in preseason so did Watson. All the experts had Watson or Trubisky as #1 QB pick many preferred Trubisky as #1. Watson doing very well as a rookie starting QB this year...will that continue when defenses have book on him is unknown? Dak is doing well this year but not sensational like his rookie year. I look forward to seeing what Trubisky does this season and if Bears don't win many games they can be right back at the draft in 2018 plenty of good QBs in 2018 if necessary. I'm hoping Trubisky is the real deal and the Bears can draft some big and fast WRs early in 2018. I don't think the Bears will be far off from a very competitive team if Trubisky is very good and we can find some decent WRs. The D will get better barring injury to key players and be better next year as well. Yes Bears were at rock bottom last 3 years but draft has been good and those players are getting better with each start.

MOMO seems ready but he better hope this complete unknown wins consecutive super bowls lest he be a failure like A-Aron....LOL

Trust me Rodgers isn't a failure...he did all he could. but its crystal clear the packers have failed HIM. no if's and's or buts about it.

And yes if trubisky is 75% of Rodgers, I would expect multiple SB's. The hard part is getting a great QB. Filling out a roster once you get one isn't as difficult. But the packers make it look that way.

Actually I was out of town. No panic. I bet on the bears, +3.5


trubisky I think added clear energy to the team. Made some rookie mistakes but clearly has 'it'. The last play was a mistake, guy made a good play but in the end I think that play helps him grow

Tons of penalties. Sign of a poorly coached team, even tho some of them were non-existent. Couple of the holdings and OPI was weak at best. unfortunately for the bears the timing of some of the penalties were tough.

I thought they won the Super Bowl last night? Was I off base?

Good thing to see the Bears being the Bears. We have a saying in Green Bay: Our best two quarter backs are Rodgers and whoever takes the snap for the Bears!!

Yup good observation on the bears not having any good QB's. Very original.

Thankfully those days are over.

Lots of good things from Trubisky to build on, very accurate passer puts the ball in good places for receivers,throws well on the run ,good foot speed,zips the ball... yes had some turnovers but expected that from a rookie. Imo a boring game but that's the Bears grinding it out without any deep threat. Already wait til next year at best 3-5 wins and good draft position to get a big fast WR or 2. North is tuff this year but out of division competition not as strong as first 5 games so Bears should be in the next 11 games. The injury bug has the D again ILB all young players that can play but need Danny T back to call D. Imo Bears will be a lot like Oakland last 3-4 years good young talent will get better every year and game but not there yet by along shot.
