I dunno how they did it. They made a ton of mistakes. too many penalties at critical times and obviously the cooper gaffe. What the heck was that.
Mike glennon is horrible I cant even stand to watch him play. barely breaks 100 yards passing. had like 40 thru 3 quarters. The running backs on the complete opposite hand are fun to watch.really nice young duo. If they could put trubisky in and end the freaking mike glennon mess this team at worst would be fun to watch. for the first time in my life im rooting for clay matthews to blind side a bear QB and sideline mike glennon.

With glennon at the helm I doubt the bears can keep pace with packers

Idk what the heck Cooper was thinking just run in full speed and get your team jacked up? The team still played hard after that loaf but 0 yards passing at the Half??? That won't hack it. Howard and Cohen good enough to release Langford and I see why now. I saw green all around Cohens foot on his long TD run when ref called him out. Crazy game for sure and Pitt mailed it in thought they could beat the Bears at half throttle.

Pack knows what is coming will play 8 or more in the box stop the run. Glennon has to open up the passing game in a pass happy NFL fall behind and your running game is useless. Bears always want to play keep away from Rogers and Bear D pretty darn good. If the Bears can get the passing game working they can be competitive but without a decent passing game stick a fork in the season.

With thunder/lightening and mitch at the helm the bears could be a dynamic offense. D plays fine. Bears could easily be 2-1 and would be if trubisky played. But fox is special so hes gona stick with the worse starting QB by far in the NFL. Lets just hope that big dork sprains an ankle and mitch gets in. good time with pack swiss cheese D to gain some confidence.

Glennon would be good with the Pats but with the Bears the QB has to move around. Glennon at least moved a bit broken plays no one open so started down field a couple of times. Standing still like a tackling dummy is useless. Trubisky would be better imo too but with that said I thought Goff was a bust last year looked lost on the field didn't play until what game 12 or so. This year after being held out most of last year Goff looks super good like a #1 draft choice QB. Fox and Pace must NOT feel Mitch is ready yet and thinking much longer term with him. Trubisky will get his chance to start this year and Glennon will get injured standing there someone will blast him. Sad to say it could happen that way but either way Mich plays by game 8 and never comes out again. The Bear D really is much better with all new players draft choices and FAs that can play D. The Bears are showing signs of life in first 3 games just need to throw out the Tampa game Glennon stunk in that one!!!

Glennon stunk yesterday too, not just week 1. I wonder if its foxs call. im guessing it is... if pace is letting him do his job. but the rumblings of players wanting mitch has to be herd by fox. Im sure dowell logains has seen of enough of glennon as well. time to overrule fox and let the kid play. I agree with goff looking bad last year, but he learned and is improving. the same can happen with mitch. he is gona make mistakes. he is too confident of a person to get rattled from a few bad plays or games from what I have seen in his personality. lets just hope this game doesn't get to far out of hand with glennon in. bears have good run D, so doubt packers run much. would expect mostly be in nickel and let Floyd loose, no more coverage plays...need him getting to Sharron.

guys after watching Glennon for a full four quarters yesterday it would be clear to Stevie Wonder that Fox is not calling the shots on who it starting at QB. What head coach that want's to keep his job and his locker room could look his team in the eyes and say "yup Glennon give us the best chance for a W today". This the clearly the GM's call looking at the future not a coach wanting to win today.

its possible. only problem with that logic is if pace doesn't start winning no guarantees he has a job either.

Put the rook in and win the SB? Nope. We just got to relax... Bucks were smart. Glennon is a turd for sure.
Sanchez! Run the ball.

I duno IMO he has to start on the job training ASAP.

The best ive heard so far is a fan called into ESPN radio yesterday and said he talked to dowel loggains before the steelers game. I forget the exact quote but it was something like you have no idea how bad I want him starting over glennon right now. it could mean my job.

If Trubisky was not ready to play, he wouldn’t be the No. 2 quarterback. Is there a difference between being ready to play and being ready to start?

The bears have a rookie QB's best friend. A strong running game. I would be elated if fox started him this week.

Fox said probably Glennon will start Thursday so sounds like Trubisky is closer to getting in a game. I'm not sure who and why the Trubisky start delay is on but something is going on?

I dunno who its on either. not as cut and dry as timo makes it sound. I think anyone with a vested interest would sit down every week and collectively make the call on if he should start. this could be a statement game for the bears. if they don't send out the best QB, its sickening.

the pack are wounded right now on Oline. the bears strength is running, the packers are weak against the run. no film on trubisky could bring a unknown game plan and really exploit packers D. If glennon does infact start, I hope he has a short leash.

I agree with your points and thought a Trubisky start with GB would be disruptive to the Pack D for sure. Fox softened a bit on starting QB question so could very well be a change during the game. Game 4 somewhat defines the Bears team that is looking for respect in the NFL. Pit lost and Atlanta was lucky to win Bears had them on the ropes for sure. The Tampa blow out game was horrible so 2 competitive games with top teams and turning point with GB. I'm very interested to see how this goes.

Pretty much a joke. All in all. QB is horrible. Coaching horrible. Penalties out the wazoo. And some how it's a close game. I dunno..they aren't far off with some minor tweaks. Trubisky and a new coach and the bears are back to owning the fudge packers.

That whole offense is horrible. Its not just Glennon. I can see now why Fox just want to completely wreck his promising young QB. The WR are easily the worst in the league. Nobody knows what they are supposed to be doing.
Bears have a long way to go before they own anybody. The Browns might actually be better than another team for the first time in many years.

I think Treviation is going to be missing a game or 2 as well.

I kno you struggle with time, but when I posted that it was 21-7 and the bears were still in the game, even after fumbles penalties and giving them every opportunity to bury them. sorry but the packers are not that good.

Its a poor team with an ELITE qb. unfortunately I don't think that's gets them a super bowl. I actually think the lions might be most complete team in the north.

Is Trevethan in jail for that hit on Adams?

Chicago Thugs....nice team you got there.

We should probly link arms and make things better.

Mo I know what you mean by "close" game when it was 21-7 but with the QB Gase insists on playing and them WR's and just the overall ineptness of the offensive design it really wasn't that close. If I was a Bears fan and they didn't anoint Mitch the starting QB ten minutes ago I'd be boycotting watching them. If they don't care to win why should you. That was embarrassing when they were down 20 plus points and were trying to run the clock out with 12 minutes to go.
