Mo I know what you mean by "close" game when it was 21-7 but with the QB Gase insists on playing and them WR's and just the overall ineptness of the offensive design it really wasn't that close. If I was a Bears fan and they didn't anoint Mitch the starting QB ten minutes ago I'd be boycotting watching them. If they don't care to win why should you. That was embarrassing when they were down 20 plus points and were trying to run the clock out with 12 minutes to go.

I agree. I actually said last night if Mitch doesn't start nrxt game I'm not gona bother watching. They have zero offense with that idiot. 8 turnovers too lol. Game manager...ya right he can't even do that

I kno you struggle with time, but when I posted that it was 21-7 and the bears were still in the game, even after fumbles penalties and giving them every opportunity to bury them. sorry but the packers are not that good.

Its a poor team with an ELITE qb. unfortunately I don't think that's gets them a super bowl. I actually think the lions might be most complete team in the north.

If you think the Packers are not that good, well I have news for you, the Bears are even WORSE than we all thought. At least that will be the conclusion of an HONEST fan.
I saw a team that regressed to their projected level, (3-13) that played way over their heads the prior couple of weeks.

No reason that makes sense to me to continue starting Glennon at QB. Glennon gave the game away in Q1 again just like he did at Tampa. It is Trubiski's time to start and keep him in there for NFL game experience. Granted WRs SUCK but at least you can roll Trubisky out and give WRs more time to separate and also start Gentry in the slot or outside as well. Glennon has to be benched we have seen enough to know his capabilities don't care if they reduce him to #3 just don't start him. Bears TEs pretty good use them more too. Awful game!!!!

yup cant agree more. bears roster not good enough to play with glennon.

trubisky gives them a shot.

worse thing that could happen last night was giving up opening TD. then mike glennon fumbles lol, there goes the bears running attack down 14.

4 more turnovers for glennon, while Rodgers throws 4 TDs, honestly surprised it wasn't 50-14. he should feel blessed he got 16 million bucks. sanchez got a million and he could not be this bad.

Is Sanchez still on roster? If so, let them play him.

I really think its not the best idea to play Mitch. Trade for some WR or something first. They only thing Mitch is going to learn in that offense right now is bad habits and how to suck.
Im serious, this isnt meant to be a jab at bears or you bears fans. The offense and coaching is clearly that bad.

They have a good Oline and great RB duo. But when its one dimensional and Qb who not only cannot pass but also turns it over, makes it look even worse. Trubisky is gona play either way. no way can they continue with glennon. 3 bears players quoted saying they need change on offense. so even they are calling for the kid. next Monday night ladies, the birth of a legend.

I believe that is a money thing with Glennon over Sanchez big bucks for Glennon so he plays over Sanchez. I do think at this point Sanchez should be #2 Trubisky #1 via performance merit. Next year Glennon will be gone traded or released to another team as a # 2 QB. Good place would be the Pats then BB can trade Jimmy G for a reasonable value.

That's twice Glennon gave the game away early in Q1. The Bears can't do that and compete. Imo Trubisky needs to start learning and will win a few here and there if not why didn't Pace draft Watson or Kizer? Watson playing and doing well Kizer too and with Cleveland.lol, Now is Trubisky's time!!

I wish I could listen to the Chicago radio stations they must just be roasting Fox and Gase. Mitch will be starting Monday night vs Vikings. I think the game is in Chicago? There is absolutey no way Fox and Gase will trot out that same offense in front of their home fans. the fans will burn the place down if Glennon comes out on the first possession.

Gase isn't with bears anymore. He is head coach of Miami.

Guess it sounds like the trubisky era starts against the Vikings on MNF.

Yep totally agree Glennon had his chance and blew it no one would want him to start but MAYBE his wife when we have a rookie #1 QB good to go. Glennon's style of play is a square peg in the ole round hole with what Chicago needs in a mobile QB. Trubisky did seem to out play Glennon in the preseason with number 2s and 3s. I sure hope it happens with a Trubisky start Monday night with plenty of time to get the team and Mitch ready. And Yes Adam Gase long gone and back with his ole bud Cutler for the fins and Cutler lost game 2 although I didn't see it.

I think its a mistake but hope they prove me wrong. Was not expecting any thing out of bears this year so im not really concerned about this season. This is no playoff team let alone super bowl. Hope they can protect him. Also hope he is not fragile.

the oline I think is fine. and running game always helps. IMO majority of glennons sacks were on him.

As for longterm trubisky success, I don't think playing him or sitting him will make a difference. If he is gona be great, it would happen either way.

The orginal plan mentioned was to wait until week 8. but glennon is soooooo bad they couldn't.

Mitch trubisky and I qoute "IM READY"

Pumped for Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oline pretty good by NFL standards as well as RBs and TEs. WRs suck no speed and stone hands very weak. Not a lot Pace can do about it now but will address in FA and draft 2018. Trubisky can help his team by moving in pocket or rolling out or just plain running up the field which Glennon can not do. With Trubisky movement all receivers and backs can get separation plus Trubisky is very accurate on the move. Mitch and rookie WR Gentry did pretty well in preseason so Gentry will get in for some plays I suspect. Unfortunately Vikings D very good so if Bears D can keep it close the game might be an old time smash mouth game. Either way the future starts Monday night with Trubisky and hopefully we will never see Glennon again.:)

My Gawd you bears fans are desperate.
The way the severely injured Packers tore you up can't help either.

What end of season record will make you bears fans happy now that your bear prayers have been answered?

Gentry is on practice squad as far as I know.

I think zimmer's priority will be to stack the box and stop the run. Should be a fair amount of man to man looks, which mitch did well against in pre-season. but Vikings are loaded at CB, so still no walk in park....gona be a good test and look into what the kid has.

I have a good feeling about it.

P.S snowbuilder...bla..bla...bla...bla..

heres a prediction for you: Bottom line... Packers waste another year of the most talented QB of all time as they have a poor roster that will get pushed around in playoffs. Same ole song and dance.
