Hey, all you mountain powder riders living out east or close to the Buffalo NY. area, lend a hand............what epic snow. Got to be people who need a hand.....maybe groceries........

Take a look at the webcam at the lodge..........and 15 to 20 coming for the mountains today. The parking lot needs a plow......well the snow is here........

u guys been up breaking in sleds yet?
are we rolling out on the 7th or eating deposits ? still got a week a lot can happen in a week

You haven't been paying attention. First, the sleds are just now arriving, so break-in happens next week. Up on top there is at least 4 feet. I kinda lost track. Tues and Wed. the lodge got 15 inches and lower levels got rain. I think the rain stopped at 7000 ft. I will be riding on Mon. or Tues. so I'll update this. No eating of deposits that I can tell you..........

Any updates Carter? I'm guess the base is setting up nice but hows the powder? have they started grooming any trails? Thanks Eric

WE have good early season snow. Out yesterday with a group for a short run. Made it to the first bench in game and the carving and stucks were actually awesome. No hazards. Haven't gotten very far from the lodge due to rider ability and no one here yet. You are going to be happy with the conditions. As for grooming, its happening......early season has a process. The state is here staking and we are out but know that not all is touched yet. The CD out at 100 mile an hour hill at the bottom needs a lot of dozing.....can get around through the willows but tricky......you like tricky...yes.....LOL....we are at it. Its trying to warm up and snow, so we don't know what is coming. The fun.......Put a smile on...you will like it.....

Your going to receive a "young un" pretty soon, not a "young gun" He goes by "Indy500" around here and Scott by others. He needs some "Skoolin'" Togwotee style. Hope you get him!

First trip out we were all stuck before we even left the valley floor. How how cool it would be to have the green feeling again.

driving home now . for what the options are now it was fine. would not go there until they get a fresh 18in to 2ft . at least .
