Get over yourselves. You are more than just an ego and 3lb brain with a bundle scared thoughts about losing control
The real issue isn't masks.....it's the fear mentality most are operating under these days. Good decisions can never be made out of fear and I'll deal with issues that are directly in front of me that will help myself and people in my direct circle.
Fear of being forced to wear masks and not having control, fear of getting sick and losing control of your body, fear of losing your job for not enforcing rules and losing control of the fragile life you built. Just a bunch scared people out there thinking they can control everything.
We attempt to exercise power or control over someone or something and at the same time cannot avoid giving that person the very same power or control over us. You guys are all in a giant circle jerk of some sort

Called Burlington WI Menards said they STILL REQUIRE MASKS. I said time to change get with the no mask program. Response we don’t know when mask requirement will be lifted. I said you won’t see me again until you do. Obviously requiring masks is a Menards policy not the government, town, county or state. Screw you Menards masks are absurd.
Sorry MP, I just walked out of Home Depot in Rhinelander WI, no masks required signs, and nobody said a word to me. I see you supplied another link to CNN, how cute.

Funny I was in a home depot and a target today and only about 1/2 of the sheep had there virtue signaling devices on . So much for the white house edited press releases being accurate

A week ago they said you didn't have to wear a mask outside...... really...who was.lol. A week later now you don't have to wear a mask inside. How anyone can believe a word that comes from CDC is beyond me. Unvaccinated people......yeah pretty sure they're not wearing mask anyways. And if your vaccinated why do you care if unvaccinated people don't wear a mask!!!!!!

I don't think the masks work for crap and neither does the vaccine but it's something in a world of unknowns.
But boycott business and be upset that someone wants you to wear a mask is weird.
It's not like it's a big deal, plus I trick more women into giving me a shot this way.

Pete, well.... we needed some painting supplies for up north and by the time we got out of shop only had 2 choices, Menards or Wally World. After being refused sale because we didnt have masks at menards did really not want to return but I despise wally world so we went to menards as we are heading up for over night after close today. there are no more masks required signs on entry ways and we walked in no masks, people all over no masks, wasn't challenged at all, got the stare from some folks wearing masks (but that's their choice, just as its mine) and had no problem at register. So I am assuming they are no longer enforcing it as there were many without them. p.s. I will reach out to you soon, have been insanely busy with crazy hours uuuuggghhh.
Was at Home Depot, Rhinelander yesterday. I didn't put on my mask but had it with me. I'd say 80/20 had masks on plus all the workers. No signs. I finally asked one worker and she politely said they still want masks on but were not policing it. I put mine one. The day anyone requires you to show a vaccination card, I will refuse as I see that as back in the WWII era: "Ver are your papers?"

Big companies have to deal with potential liabilities or be ready to pay. It's a crappy deal, but it is reality.
The early guidelines laid out a scenario that meant reconfiguring their checkouts or create a policy to lower liability risks. Neither method was without a cost.

Brian I heard the same from tradesmen friends they had been in Burlington store and no mask Nazis since Sunday. We may give it a try sometime soon need to buy blinds. Sorry to hear your inventory problems continue.
