Did U get fat this last winter?

Yep, funny thing is I noticed most of the gain after my UP trip, too many hamburgers, fries, pizzas and beer!! I usually am around 197-200, up to 212 plus right now. I am an avid mountain biker and fat tire biker but all our trails are closed right now for the spring thaw. Gotta get back in shape!!

I need to ride your Copper Harbor trails one of these summers. They look awesome!

I seem to always put on about 20-30 in the winter. But it comes pretty fast. Weighed in today at 278. want to get back to my 250-260 range again.

Well 4 years ago when we started this thread it took me 6 months to take off 80 lbs. Then it took me about 2 1/2 years to put it back on. I decided to start trying again a couple months ago as we're going on a cruise in a couple weeks. So far I've taken off about 25. My weigh in's are Friday mornings and I usually take the weekend off. If anyone want's to start working together again I'll be up for a little group motivation.

August (typical winter).
I still would like to get down to 215.
p.s. Lenny, good to meet you back in Jan. I came in with the 2011 switch with low compression on 1 cyl. still running, rode back to Paulding.

hey Brent, I'm glad it didn't go blewy on you and take out the cylinder/'s. You for sure can join, lets do this together!

I broke into the 220's. 229.2, shooting for 225 or lower in two weeks when we go on the cruise, then long term 190-200.

A lot of us were successful 4 years ago, we can do it again

204.8 on this old boy, I believe we will make some serious progress and already are!

225.5 this morning. That's down 3.7 for the week. When I told my wife that this morning she said "wow, how'd you do that?" and I said it was that extra motivation from the JD guy's! Let's keep it up and work together so we can all get to our goals.

Brent, every pound is progress. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can work on my house, burning calories!

good job Brent. Lenny's right, even if it's a pound it's going in the right direction. I have no clue why I dropped that much, was sick for a day, and did some walking on a nice day down here so those two things probably affected me more that I anticipated. I just hope I don't bounce back up this week...

Had a pretty good time eating this weekend! Way too much food and drink, so really need to hit it hard for the next 4 days, hope to just get back to where I was last Friday. Good luck everyone!

Well not a good week for me diet wise, but a good week for life in general so I'll take it. Not like I have choice :)

Actually went up this week, 3.1 to 228.6. This is only the second week since January 1 that I didn't lose at least a little. Oh well, there was a lot going on last weekend and 3 days straight of eating out, pizza parties at the house and ice cream showing back up in the freezer all did me in. Leaving on the cruise tomorrow and the goal I set on the first of the year was to be below 225. I started at 255 so I came close, but still didn't get there. Guess I started the vacation a little early.

Hoping the rest of you had some success, I'll need to keep motivated when I get back I'm sure so keep it up guys and have a good week!
