I was sick for 3 days and weighed in Thursday at 199.2. Ill weigh in again tomorrow and should have an more accurate weight

Take it when you can get it Lenny! Sucks being sick so you need something positive, now just try to keep it under 200!

weighed in at 199.8. I think I may be able to stay user 200 here now. 185 is my goal

No real change here yet. Up to 3 miles on tread mill, so I should at least be able to finish my 5k next weekend.:p

I biked 41 miles the other day, Three years into being healthy. Added on 20 over the three years, but still down 65. Gotta bike more, drink less of this fantastic San Diego beer!

Hi Lenny!
I'm here a little over 2 months, during prime snowmobile season, so not doing a lot of sledding anymore. Life sure can be interesting!

Well.. it's here. 5k tomorrow. 8am. 30 degrees. 30 mph winds. 1-3" snow. Should be REAL interesting.

Well back to reality now! Had a great cruise and enjoyed the food and drink for seven full days. I know there were several times I felt really full so I was not looking forward to the scale upon my return. Missed my Friday weight in, but checked it Sunday morning after our return and was 232.5 so I gained 3.9 for the week. Obviously gaining is no ones goal, but I felt good about the fact that it wasn't more. So like Lenny said above, "Now is the hard work!" I need to get back on track, and without a goal like I had in front of me before it's all self motivation so lets keep it going guys and check back on Friday.

Well I'm back, been busy, stepped on the scale last week at 237 so I didn't check in.
Glad to hear you had a great time on your cruise Gary!
Any way, 234 this morning, Yeah! Hopefully headed in the right direction.

Good job Brent! I had a transition back to reality this week. Some days were good, others had a little more chocolate than they should have.... Still, down to 230.5 so dropped 2 for the week. Headed in the right direction! Come on Lenny, lets make it a clean sweep for all of us :)

200.2 so down a half pound! It's hard to be happy with Monks and the stroke he had. Please don't forget about him in your prayers.

Well after taking the family on Spring break and eating like a king I was up to 287.8lbs on Monday! Today I was 284.6 so headed in the right direction.

Wow, had a big weekend so I've got some work to do this week. Good thing the weather is starting to change, I'll need to get out and do some walking a few nights. Hope you guys all have a great week, see you on Friday!

good week so far for me, but heading to Illinois later and probably gonna seek out my favorite food joints like Gen Hoe in Geneva

Like I said on Monday, had a food filled weekend so really got off to a bad start. Never really got back on track, too many things going on to spend time walking and ended up eating out for lunch and dinners way more than usual. Went up to 233.4 so gained 2.9 for the week. Have two parties this weekend where I know I won't be careful, really need to motivate myself to get back to the walking and managing what I eat after work. Hope the rest of you did better than me.

I won't be weighing in today because I'm in Illinois now but I suspect I made an improvement because I did well at not pigging out in the evening, it take strong discipline to say no.
