I too am also just receiving this news. So sorry to hear but glad they caught in time to do something. Sure glad to hear everything went well with surgery. All of you are also in my prayers.

Hi Everyone.

A quick update. I continue to heal up. The recovery this time is 100 times better than the last one. Yesterday they took the last remaining drain tubes out and it looks like I should be going home tomorrow or Tuesday. I sure do appreciate all the thoughts and prayers.

Oh, and with regards to the "chronic pain" thing... It was the drugs talking !

Great news, John and Nora!!! So happy that things are on the mend and doing so much better this time! Now you can let Grace, the pups and that wonderful Keweenaw air continue to help speed the healing process along! Better not get out of line at home or Nora will show you what chronic pain REALLY is!! And there won't be any nurses around to protect you!! Thanks for the update and the laughs.

Great News for sure!! Thanks so much for the update! Be good when you get home and remember there are lots of us that can help you with any chores! Ya know we're always looking for an excuse to get together!

I would have also used the "it was the drugs thing", or something like you were pointing at the clock. Or you needed the curtain moved.
