John, I'm sure being at home with your best gals and the dogs will be the best medicine! Hope you get to go home as you choose instead of the 7.5 hr ambulance ride from Houghton!

Hi Everyone.

A quick update. I continue to heal up. The recovery this time is 100 times better than the last one. Yesterday they took the last remaining drain tubes out and it looks like I should be going home tomorrow or Tuesday. I sure do appreciate all the thoughts and prayers.

Oh, and with regards to the "chronic pain" thing... It was the drugs talking !

-John

Glad to hear all went well, and that your recovery is going smooth.

John been thinking about your recovery. I wish you a speedy recovery so you will be ready to ride this season! I know we have never met but always find myself thinking about how your doing. My dad and I visit your site regularly and him and I even talked about it in the car the other day. We both wish you well and hope you get to feeling better.

Home, Sweet, Home!

Nora and I arrived back in town just a bit ago and she is off to get Gracie and the puppies.

The recovery is still going very well. I just need to start getting more than 3 hours of sleep a night!

I can't wait to see Gracie and the pups and have us back as a whole family again.

I am sure I will write more Sunday, but wanted to get the latest out there and also than everyone again for all of their well wishes and prayers.

WELCOME HOME, JOHN!!!!!!!!!!

So much truth to the phrase, there's no place like home!! You are an inspiration to us all. Such a strong person. Thank you for taking the time to think about all of us by updating about your progress. I'm sure it's not on top of your priority list while recovering. Keep up the good recovery. Best wishes to you, Nora & Gracie. Good luck keeping the pups off of you. They will go nuts when they see you!!! GOD Bless.
