No i dont, just cause this winter is off to a slow start does not mean Global Warming is true. Natural fluctuations in the Earths temps have occured naturally for many years. For starter's 5 ski resorts set record snow falls last year in Utah(Snowbird open till 4th of July!), Colorado (Vails 43 year history) California and Whistler BC. Almost 57 feet in Utah enough to reach the top of Mt. Rushmore. Winter will be here soon...............O and i just saw on TWC that on this date almost 100 years ago in 1913 it was 52 degrees in Ironwood Mi.

No it don't !!! I can remember Christmas Day in 1982 in NWL Michigan it was 71. Have a pic of the whole Fam Damily outside in tee shirts. 1999 I shot the bigest deer of my life on Dec. 15 in the pourin rain and 56. It will come !!! I just hope its sooner than later because snow means money for alot of folks. THINK SNOW !!!!!

Well, I thought that would get everyone going ! I know, or I hope, it's all just a cycle but whatever it is I hope it ends soon cause I'm ready to ride and have some fun. Sorry I baited ya all with the "global warming" thing but I couldn't help myself - I got nothing better to do til we can get out and have some good ride time. The slow start is making me a little crazy

Ridges and troughs in the jet stream control our weather. Right now we have pacific "zonal flow" right now.... Weather moves in directly from the west... We need a dip in the jet "trough".

The weather doesn't tick me off half as much as our local weather guys that keep saying how lucky we are that this is rain. If it had been cold and snowed, we would have got 6 to 12 inches. Now I know why I don't watch TV.

Blah blah blah If everyone is so concerned with global warning you'd be driving hybrids/electric cars not your pu trucks. Besides, l'm sure none of you ride 2 strokers....

Christmas week 2003 we headed to the Seney area and could not really ride anywhere due to unfrozen swamps....the next year headed to Chassel and farther west and it was totally green until we got past L'Anse and the only good snow was the snowbelt along the Bill Nichols trail. No one wants this weather but truth be told there are a lot of years where the conditions are crap until early January. Looks like this is one of those years.

FWIW, they have had significant early snow and cold temps this year in the western half of the US even snow all the way into Mexico. It may not be snowing here but it IS snowing somewhere. I agree though this needs to change fast.
