The Monte is my first car. Had it since I was 15. My wife thought it would be a funny pic to show that smart car is only the length of the hood... lol. Just about finished with the resto... It will never be done but... Other is a 22' Sea Ray. Used to be more fun when I was younger and had it full of bikinis....

I like your monte carlo what year is it. I had a 73 with the big block and electric sun roof when I was younger and I have never seen one since. I wish I still had that car.

Its a 1975. 400 small block that I put vortec heads on and some other goodies. Runs like shes fuel injected. Sure is an attention grabber. This is the Landau edition so it is supposed to have the vinyl top but I don't know if I will put that back on or not... Here was a car cruise last summer. The gal video taping only got half of it....

Here are some of my summer toys.... My 1969 Mustang, stroker, top-loader 4 speed, low gears, gutted and satin black paint with Chevy cowl hood. I built this from a Wisconsin rust bucket, surgically removed every bit of rust, and drive the heck out of it.......The next one is my 1938 Chevy Gasser pickup, 30 over 327 with 461 heads, old TRW popup forged pistons and LT1 solid lifter cam. I've owned this for 32 years, but built it into a gasser 3 years ago. Since i finished it in 2013 I've put about 3500 miles on it... runs and drives great.....Next is my 2004 HD road King... I punched out the engine to 95 inch, Added Andrews T37 cams, and Mikuni HSR 42 and V&H long shots....bought the bike new back in '04 and have had 52,000 great miles on her..... The last one is my bobber I built from a 1982 Yamaha XS-650. I hardtailed the frame, and some funky pipes made and ride it to the hardware store (can't do much more than that LOL...
All of these were built pretty much 100%, including paint, in my small shop behind my house..... all are reliable, safe and fun..... :) Tom

I had a 93 250 with blue forks. That why I was thinking 93. What kinda mileage range you get with the 500? I always wanted one.

I'm not sure but I think they had the blue forks up til '95, atleast on the 500's. Not sure on the mileage range but I would think it would go 60-70 miles or so? I'm planning on doing more trail riding with it this year, it is a blast on the trails in the UP!! You wouldn't regret it if you bought one!!
