The Campbell Clan is up in the air with the Ride In. My Dad is declining very fast... Spending Christmas with him and the entire family was amazing. It's the last Christmas we will have with Dad... he doesn't have much time left with us.</SPAN>

We are taking one day at a time… with traveling to see him every couple weeks, the money is pretty much gone. So we have to play it by ear. We will know, probably by the week before, if we will make it or not.</SPAN>

In the meantime… BRING ON THE SNOW! There's not enough snow anywhere near me to ride and my BackCountry is chompin' at the bit to show me how great she runs! </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

Sorry to hear about your Dad, but glad you got to spend some special time with him and your whole family at Christmas. Heartwarming story and heartbreaking at the same time.

Been a while since I've been here. We'll be at the ride-in, and are looking forward to it. I'm getting tired of riding around in circles in my back yard.

Very sorry to hear about you dad. I hope he passes peacefully and you can have a piece of mind knowing that. I'm sure it will still be very difficult.
Good luck.

Well,...
put on exactly 50 miles today.
10 miles of it was excellent
10 miles of it was failr
10 miles of it was not very good
20 miles of it was horrible

So, sure hope we get winter soon.

Brad, That Puma looked good!
What about those TX's you've got? :)

When I got back,... I took the vintages out around the house!
If only we had the snow that we HAD back in those days!

:)

Big Bro the TX's need quite a bit of work and I been working so much I haven't had time to even look at them yet that is, I also found a 72 or 3 34o Lynx that looks as good as the Puma, Did you get the email on that old Sno Traveler, if I had the time that would be one to get

Well I took the sled for a ride around the yard in what is probably our last snow of the winter.....
Wondering what I should do with my poor horse, it's too hot for his blanket but then he's gonna be wet and it's gonna get cold, he's too big to use the blow dryer on and thinking he wouldn't be too happy about that anyways.
I wish winter would just be winter and stop trying to be spring or summer in January!!

We're still going to the Ride In no matter what, look forward to seeing everyone.

I'm coming up too, regardless of the weather. Right now, I'm sleeping with you but I'm sure there will be cancellations.

Should have gone out west with Bobcat Boy!

OH NO VINNIE! I can't believe they did that to you!!! That totally sucks.

Thanks all for the comments on my Dad. It's the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my life. I spent this past weekend with him and am so afraid this was the last time my Dad held my hand. The last time I heard "I love you" from him. I see my Mom struggle, her heart is breaking. She is also sick, so physically it is so hard on her. She takes such great care of him. She is amazing in her strength. I wish I could stay down there with them and help, but I can't. That fact rips me apart. I'm trying to figure out how to get back down there as quickly as possible...

I see little glimpses of my Dad and his awesome sense of humor. Mom needed to take his pulse and get his oxygen level with that little finger thingy - she says "Bill give me your finger!" He flips her the bird and giggles!! We all burst out laughing and his eyes twinkled just like before.

My brother Jason, has my Dad's wood working talents. They did BEAUTIFUL work together. Jason handcrafted the most amazing urn for my Dad and Mom. It's a Duplex Urn - room for two. Jason said when he showed it to my Dad (back on New Year's Eve) Dad knocked on the inside partition and said "Knock three times on the ceiling if you want me!" He said when Mom moves in with him, he wants them "mixed up!" Together forever.

Still don't know about being able to get to the ride in... it will be a last minute decision.

Happy to see the SNOW on the cams UP there...

MinneNOSNOWta still sucks.

Sorry to hear Juls. Good to hear he still has some humor though. Still pray'n for them and you.

Kaboo - About the horse...WTHeck? Wouldn't Squat hold a big umbrella for the horse? What's wrong with that guy? :) Next time the weather is like that, maybe have Guy come over with his duct tape. That'll hold out rain.

BVin - Dang, that's just not right at all! If Jul's comes, maybe she can put Vinnie on a stick. Now we'll have to wait another whole year to hear the next verse of "Hang on Scoopy".

Vinnie on a stick!?!?! I CAN DO THAT!! :) We can put Vinnie's CD in and put Vinnie on a stick in front of the mic... Gracie can dance with Vinnie too. Last year, I think Gracie knew that Jimmy was being a naugthy trucker when she was smashing him on the floor! :) :)

Thanks for the prayers! They are much appreciated.
