Here are some numbers I have put together. I know I left Legend and some others off. They were out of my price range or all too big.

My ramp door is on the curbside.

If I had it to do over again, it would be on the roadside. Only because of where I park it next to my barn, I can't load the trailer without moving it. R&R comes standard on the curbside, but you can order it roadside for no extra charge. I just never thought of my barn issue when ordering the trailer.

Dummy me....

ssd, makes sense for the water to drain out. The salesman didn't have any explanation when I asked.

havest, I've called Becks before too and if I remember correctly the salesman there didn't want to talk costs or deliver unless I came by. Not happening as I live by Madison, Wi they are north of Detroit.

I bought my new legend from Big O's last Jan. Great price talk to them at the Milwaukee snow show. They are always down there and are great to deal with. call them 608 742-2473

Could someone please post a picture of their ski guide and track mat set up in an inline? I now have a 4 place Legend and am wondering how this should be set up.

thanks,

Doug- not the best picture but you hopefully can get an idea on how I ran my guides. I only used a mat on the front door. The first & third guide are ski width apart as is the second & fourth. The second & third guide actually act as mat's and protect the floor from stud damage.

twodeere, would you say in a 7.5 wide a person would need two track guides down the middle? Are your sleds studded? If so, do you just try to take it easy in the trailer? Thanks for your input.

harski,
I am in Sun Prairie. We should look together if you want. We may be able to get a sweeter deal if we buy 2.

Send me an email if you would be interested.
mvedepo@yahoo.com

I can also give you the research I have done to this point on the various 12' - 14' trailers.

My set-up works fine. I was a little nervous at first though. All my sleds are studded. The sleds ride nicely on the ski guides. I do take it easy on the guides as the studs will chew them up pretty easily. I would put a mat down on the entrance door though. That will get chewed up with studs. If you want further pictures let me know. I can take a few and send to you.

This is the updated price that Randy from R&R quoted me. Super guy and seems like a pretty nice deal.

twodeere,

Pics would be great. Maybe just post them here if you can as others may be interested too. Thanks.

MVEDEPO- It's a 2005 716PS. Three short track sleds fit perfect.(Looks like the 714PSS is for two sleds only). I am hoping to put a 136" Switchback along with two short tracks in it this season. Wish I would have upgraded to alum. wheels and stainless steel cambars. I do have a side door and would recommend it.

Harski- will get some pictures in the next few days and post.

Just got my Nelson's Snomotion flyer in the mail, and R&R will not be there this year. I wonder if Nelson's is not selling R&R any longer???
