Snowmobiler shoots a moose

We don't know for sure that this is the "first he sees the moose." How long was he sitting there before he turned the cam on to record the encounter? One minute maybe 30? Without all the facts it's tough to rip him a new one. Perhaps we can only rip him a partial one based on what we saw!

true, but I have only commented on what I have seen and there is no mistake from the start of the video he has a serious problem. From the start of the video the moose was no threat nor was the rider so to assume we see the start of the situation is reasonable.

Correct indeed! One can only comment on what's out there but I have to believe there is more to the story...good, bad or indifferent. What happened before the video was shot? What happened after? Too many unknowns.
