It should work, now, if I could just figure out a way to put a set of rotating teeth on it! LOL.

Well, I have to pull the seat cover yet, and install the rear suspension, attach the hood hinge, picking that up this afternoon, and that should be it.

Added coolant, squirted some gas into the cylinders, and she barked right up! WAAAHOOO! And then the gas in the cylinders was used up, and then it died. LOL. A few more pulls with the choke on, and braaap braaap braaap. I let it get up to operating temp, and now she is cooling down.

You gotta love it when ya finish up a project, and everything is where it is suppose to be, AND NO LEFT OVER PARTS! LOL.

Looks good.

I have got to tell you, you are way more ambitious than I. I was overwhelmed with that project just by reading this post.

I would never be able to do all of that.

Yep, different shocks, wish I could have gotten some Floats for it, alas, not enough money.

Nice job - it looks better than new. And, from now on you'll know the sled inside and out...there shouldn't be anything that you can break and not know how to fix on the sled.

I have the ambition and have done this type of project before but always in my dinky 1-car garage. BUT, this weekend I'm putting up the trusses on my new GARAGE-MAJAL man-cave. Its only 24x30 but the radiant heat will keep my toes toasty. I have a LOT of work to get it done...siding, the whole roof, hook up electricity (separate meter from house), insulate and sheetrock etc. But, ambition like yours Skylar, keeps me going!

Oh, and nice welding job on the y-pipe - I don't think I've owned a sled yet that I haven't had to weld the middle like that. Cats and Poos often crack there.
