That's great! It seems like I've been waiting on this storm for 30 days. I believe it is suppose to start around here (hayward, Wi) around 9pm. Can't get here fast enough.....
Not to burst your bubble, but it’s not looking good for Hayward. Some snow tonight and than rain tomorrow. We are only in a winter weather advisory. You will have to travel for snow. I hope I’m wrong but I’m just repeating the local news and NOAA forecast.

Dave Dahl on Channel 5 out of the Cities just had our area at 8-12" and another site I watch has us 6-10". A lot will depend on how much rain we get.

I’m hoping John is right, just looked now and WDIO has us now under 3-6”. The Weather Channel has us for 1-3” tonight and rain tomorrow.

Who knows what we will end up with but at this point I’m more watching the radar. It should start snowing around 11pm and then go until at least 9am before any transition. We get 5-6” of snow and I’ll be able to find plenty of riding on the lakes. It won’t be perfect riding but still be riding.

I'm not certain but isn't this the same system that took out the First Responders Bowl in Dallas. If so that is a heck of an opener.

In south central Vilas its code name (prediction) “buster”. Just outside, and we have a few flurries.
Radar shows it coming from southwest, but they’ve down graded forecast. Snow, then rain on top. Damn

It looks like another bust so far. Not even an inch this morning and now the rain is taking that away. So disappointing!

At least 5 new inches here. On top of the 4 we had last week. It is supposed to blow 50 mph starting at noon. They never get wind wrong. It will be lights out here for awhile and when it all settles down it will be winter.

Just South of Hayward (across From Anglers Haven) we received about 2 inches and the rain is picking up :(. Haven’t even broke out the boots to walk to my truck, tennis shoes work just fine so far. Banking on this evening and tonight to pick up any snow accumulation. Hoping for the best.

Coming down pretty good up here. Dunno how much yet, but it's definitely accumulating pretty well. Very windy.

Game changer.... I'm going back to old school weather reporting, tomorrows newspaper.

The wet heavy 2" we got by Drummond has been beaten down by light rain to about an inch of soggy fluff.
