2 tings...one is not enough info as you will see how you need to list it as you peruse the choices on KBB....I use this guide

then....never mention a motor rebuild...even if your proud of one like it sounds you are....there is simply NO REASON EVER to rebuild a motor....its says volumes about how you take care of it and what oil and gas you use.....****ty I assume from the rebuild....and it also says volumes about the manufacturer....a person thinks....3000 miles....that's it...and a rebuild already....no thanks....most serious used/new sled buyers put on OVER 3000 miles in one season....that means if I buy this used one....guess I can be prepared to rebuild the motor in march....no thanks again....just my 2c
PS....in case your thinking of reaming me....I own 11 sleds currently....the lowest mileage on one is around 8500.....2 have 25,000...one I currently ride has 22,000....the rest have like 13,000....no motor rebuilds....on any of them....all due to premium gas only and good oil....and this is key....warming up the engine before riding...and an easy break in when new....that ride it like ya stole phrase....has motor rebuild all over it....and yes....I have over 100,000 miles on machines....just an FYI not a dig
In Indiana no less...
deff let them know it was a rebuild or crate motor. every one that knows just a little about 800doo pre E tec knows they are time bombs. only a fool buys a p teck with 3k on it with out a new crank in it .
also as u know mountain mi and trail mi are not the same thing as do the people looking at buying a summit .the new motor is a good thing
Jeez this tracker guy puts on miles like Nick Keller. In Indiana no less... Chit happens. I got a new motor and the old one was running just fine. ring gear came off clutch and gouged up the block. My GREAT dealer got me a new motor out of that just because of cosmetics. Oh and KBB not even close. Bud just got 8900 for 16 pro x 800. KBB says 7510....

2009 Summit X 800. Motor rebuilt by dealer last year. Around 3000 miles total. Haven't bought or sold a sled in years. What could I expect to get out of this?
