Lincoln County and Langlade County will be closing their trails Monday at 8am...to try and preserve the base as there is rain and much warmer temps in the forecast..trails will reopen when conditions permit it.

I think we'll be ok....the warm up might actually help....I had riders go from north of the willow region to just southwest of LDF (and over to pike lake), and they said the trails were really good....better than around Nokomis area

Unfortunately the penalty will be closed trails...and i noticed something too...the trails that got panned right away after last weeks storm held up much better than the ones that were panned a couple days later...maybe it got too cold, and the snow dried out? It seems to be lacking moisture...
