I have some buddies running out towards Pier Willow, and up to Lac du Flambeau today...they pre scouted it this morning and said it looked really good that direction last night...said trails were thin near Little Rice, and the east side of the willow flowage, but got better back in the wooded areas

What are you guys seeing for snow totals? I looked at what nws had posted, and it's way off..they had Tomahawk at 1.5 inches..a club south of town at 7.5, and I had just over 6 inches in nokomis....just trying to figure out who got what...might be helpful for those planning rides. I do have to...

Yes...our club and the knight owls were panning the lincoln county trails last night, and I expect they will open by tuesday

6 plus in nokomis...7.5 just south of Tomahawk...good snow

Ended up with over 6 in nokomis...a friend south of Tomahawk had 7 1/2" ...the trails improved greatly with the snow...a bit of grooming, and they should be in decent shape...the railroad grade is still a bit gravely in spots..but better than yesterday.

Works almost too good with the neck gator...its warm...almost too warm...best cold weather helmet I've ever had on my head...with the gator in place I was sweating tonight...below zero would be no problem...and glasses work great in this helmet...highly recommend it

Me too...the lake is great...but everything else is beat to the dirt...im shocked how many people are here riding...I probably shouldn't be, because when northern Wisconsin has snow...people would rather ride thin snirt conditions here than trailer to the yoop...not dissing the yoop...just...

It's taken a beating tonight...trails that were decent earlier today are down to the dirt in spots...lots of sleds here...businesses are loving it...but some of the trails are toast already..need the snow tomorrow...lets hope it really hits us...the lake is great..but im gonna go park it for...

As you can see...its not bad...a few thin spots, but I'd say so far 6.5 to 7 out of 10...its early season riding conditions no doubt...but I've ridden on fair worse.. .stay on the marked trail on nokomis...its hard to see from the pictures but there are large drifts near the big ice heave, and...

Worked great...its a little big on me...tried it with out the neck gator..got a bit too much wind up the back...gonna try it with the gator and use a thicker face mask..but otherwise nice..I see why people like this helmet...the field of vison is incredible

Had a customer not liking his oxygen helmet...said shield didn't work (not heating), and sun visor lever kept breaking, causing the shield to come down constantly when hitting bumps...(we replaced sun visor mechanism 3 times)...long story short...he bought a different helmet, and didn't want...

Yes sir...they changed forecast...hope they are right..these trails are going to be real nice if we get this
