Got around 3" of snow here in Eau Claire. Still waiting for the 4-8" we were supposed to get by this morning? Now the local weather guessers are saying 6-10" of additional snow by the time this is all wrapped up tommorow afternoon. I'm not great at math but I'm not sure how that adds up to...

Does anyone know if you can cross into Canada on snowmobile in Sault Ste Marie. Anyone know conditions over that way? Going to be going thru there next week. Any help on trails, places to stay, eat would be helpful. Thanks

Rode out of Hurley Tuesday late morning. Took trail thru Gile down to Willy's Still stopped for lunch. Mostly plowed roads were good with a decent base, roads that were not plowed(trail) were rough. Then rode south down to Corridor 8 took that towards Mercer/TFF, that had not seen a groomer...

Looking at the map it looks like the trail ends in Escanaba coming from the east...is there a way to get thru there...also any idea on current conditions there? Any help would be great!

Dropped in yesterday(Thursday) morning at the gas station in Gile. Rode south to Island lake, then Mercer. Then east of Mercer to Fischer Lake, then back to Hurley then west out to the Penokee mine and back to Gile. Trails were awesome! Only met about a dozen sleds all day put on 145 miles...

Wondering if anyone had any intel on trail conditions in the western UP? We are thinking about heading up and dropping in Ironwood Weds or Thursday and riding up to Houghton staying over night and riding back the next day. The conditions board has been surprisingly quite, but I'm sure everyone...
