If you spent all your time checking others vocabulary on posts, you must have ALOT of free time. I will admit, I'm not an English expert and never plan on being one.

Doing a quick search on the web, there are numerous dyno results in the 142 hp range. Polaris has even admitted it in some magazine articles that yes, they did rate them at 154 during the spring order in 2008. But when production time came they could not meet EPA requirements, so they made some changes which resulted in the lower HP. They had plans to release "future" ECM updates that would bring power levels back to advertised numbers once they could make the EPA happy at the same time.

Really all you have to do is ride one, and then ride a Doo XP or the Kittys new HO. The Poo don't have 154 hp.

Just think, this thread started as a post about how positive it was for Polaris to be putting a 4 year warranty on their sleds, and with all the negative bashing, we are down to harpooning fat chicks. Nice, real nice.
