I don't know if that is a wise decision bringing him in on a Monday night against the Vikings D. When do they play the Saints?

Im sorry but if coaches/players, playd this scared they would never be any good. yea lets hold the lil guy on the bench so he can face the saints D which is entirely capable of wrecking a QB's day. all these players are NFL level for a reason. Play him NOWWWWWW!!!! Another horrible 1st half from glennon against steelers and we maybe get what we want.

2017 Bears team going no where so might as well play Trubisky so he can get some reps. If Trubisky gets hurt he gets hurt ...its football! I'm convinced RBs and WRs more likely will get separation with a QB on the move. Bears have no chance with a stationary Glennon the D will just play up and cream him and the backs. Trubisky comfortable in the shotgun Glennon is not. If Glennon had some burners on the outside he would have a chance but none on the team so have to dink and dunk to backs , slot and TEs. Steelers will blowout the Bears and Tee off on Glennon ...who knows his end maybe an injury just no match for an injured O line. Why Fox sticks with Glennon is unknown to me???

obviously you haven't seen the Saints D. They couldn't stop a high school team.
bring him up to Lambeau we'll wreck him.

I have seen the saints D. Its still an NFL defense. A high school team would not gain a yard.

But I know your joking now lol, GB wreck a QB, LOL, good one!!!

Tanner Gentry waived again...guess Fox is done with him. IDK... with WRs dropping like flies may have been better to keep him. Rounds and Gentry bouncing around the roster like rubber balls.

if Mitch ain't doing nothing on sunday my grass needs mowing.

He should be busy..cause When mike glennon lays another egg first half, trubisky comes in and walks all over a real team....last minute drive to take the lead and the birth of a legend happens at soldier field about 3:00 sunday afternoon. crap I just woke up from a dream

I think im boycotting the bears until trubisky starts

The Bears are uninteresting to me without Trubisky there are no other early draft prospects to watch Pace traded them away for his new toy. One would think Pace and Fox have a new rookie franchise QB and they would want to use him ASAP. Management must think the kid will take a dump on the field so keep on keeping on with Glennon. Maybe it will come down to economics and a lot of empty seats for Glennon and management will play Trubisky. Whatever is causing the delay both Fox and Pace better get over it this week or the fans will demand a change all around. Crazy stupid imo.

A-Aron was on the bench for 3 years.....What makes you guys think you know that MT will be great seeing as he hasn't taken 1 snap as an NFL QB in this his 1st season?

Rogers was backing up a HOF QB so no hurry to start him and when they did the Pack botched it and pissed off Brett and the fans. Entire different back up role with Glennon and he will not make the HOF in any case at best he is a serviceable back up #2 QB. Pace made a bold trade to land Trubisky at #2 in the draft to be the face and QB of the Bears. Mike Dtika said Trubisky should start after seeing him 2x simply put he said Trubisky is your best QB best chance to win. IMO Trubisky must start #1 to develop as an NFL QB and simply #2 to make sure you drafted your franchise QB of the future. If Trubisky is a talent bust Pace could go right back to the Draft in 18 and draft another QB which he might do anyway. Glennon's contract is easy to end year 2 no more Cutler contracts stuck on Pace he is smarter than that.

Just as obvious as it was to sit aaron Rodgers behind favre, its the same that trubisky needs to be starting.

For some this is so astounding to comprehend.

ummmm huh????????

Just sayin....the Bears org. has been making one blundering move after another for decades. So much so that the packers Bears rivalary has lost it's meaning. Now their fans are so desperate that they pin their hope on one guy and the unknown over anything tried and true.

3 decades of Packers dominance is making the Bears fans sound coo-coo for Mitch!,...coo-coo for Mitch!....LOL

Yep difficult for the Bears to get worse and true North competition gets meaningless with an 0-7 or 8 team...lol... Maybe Trubisky can help turn the Bears up to 500 or so sure not going from worst to first. I see the Bears on the same path as Oakland they will get there just will take 3-5 years and some good drafts. It's a shame Fox has to suffer thru this and prolly will get fired then retire from coaching ...WOW!!! the Bears got bad in the Cutler era soooo bad it will take awhile to recover.

Bears are in tough times, no doubt about it. They have young bright spots on Oline, RB, safety, LB, and Dline. Mitch will get his chance soon to show the NFL what he has. I don't see how one can say the rivalry has lost. They are tied in all time wins vs each other and other than that 55-0 or whatever debacle under trestman have been some good games, even when the bears were bad. The packers have won alot but IMO underachieved in terms of ultimate goal, and when Rodgers retires will truly feel what it's like without an elite QB to lean on.
