Stayed on course even with a couple events over the week. Need to do the same this week as there are a couple days of camping thrown in and another B-day party.

Lost 2.4 for the week, at 187.6 now, down 62.4 total, 24.96%.

Staying the same since my last post, scale hasn't moved in either direction for some time now. Just staying the course eating small amounts ,lots of exercise as in physical work, maybe need to find time for fun exercise, like a bike ride, the tred mill, or the multi purpose gym I have that is collecting dust! Just hard when you work 4 doubles a week, and have work projects at home and at the cabins. I want to be Bewitched and wiggle my nose and make it all disappear!

This morning was 184.7.
At the end of week 18, down 2.9 (very happy with this after 2 days camping and 2 birthday parties)
Total 65.3, 26.12%.

Like I said before, it really helps me to set some week to week, or 2 week goals and tell everyone. I'm shooting for 180 by Labor Day. I'd like to go 2.7 this week, then 2 next week.

Come on everyone, we can all do this! Lets do a team goal for the week, and see if we can hit 8 pounds total as a group. There are about 5 of us still checking in and the way Ridindirty is going he could come close the covering the entire team goal. What do you all say, can we do it this week!?!?!? I'm in for 2.7, anyone else?

Gary and Lenny good work! I worked my butt off last week as I had a family trip to the cabin planned for the weekend and new my diet and exercise would not be as good. Some how I lost weight over the weekend! Need another 10 lb loss the I will be at my highschool weight. So here is results from last week.....
Week 21 = 7.6 lb loss
Total = 92.8lbs lost (23.2% total body weight lost)

Gary my weekly goal is to try to get my percentage closer to yours lol. I agree with you, if i make a weekly goal or 2 week goal it seems to help. Never imagined I would lost this much weight and it feels so good. Keep up the good work everyone, and I will do my best to help out with the 8lb group goal this week.

I was on vacation last week so no weigh in. 1 week of very little exercise (extremely unusual for me) showed up on the scale this morning--OUCH! I sweated out 3 pounds at the club this morning, but still have a lot of beer(s) left to get rid of. Gary, for 8lbs as a group, you don't want my number this Monday.

OK, great I think we can make it! Lvr1000, we need you! If you went up that just means you got some to drop this week and that will help out our goal!

I don't want to pressure anyone, or give them numbers so its up to each of you, but with lenny and I we have 3.7 toward the goal, and are almost half way there. Honestly I had a great day yesterday so I'm hoping I can do a little better than 2.7 but it's still early in the week.

This will be fun, so lets give it a shot.

205 yesterday (-32 lbs)

Setting a new goal of 197 by the end of September. I think I can chip in 1.3 lbs towards the goal this week.

All right! we're up to 5 with skiroule, now we're talking. This week is going to rock! I was out walking and thinking of all of you, and was getting excited about how everyone is playing a role in a successful week. Lets keep it up and see how we do come Monday.

After my big lose last week, and know how my buddy useally responds, I will set my goal to the total for 1lb. Hope for more but i have had a streak of gaining the week after a big loss no matter what i do. So count me in for 1 lb.

Up to 6! just got a couple more to go, so who wants to jump in and get closer to the top or maybe even put us over? Just remember, set a goal that you can work to with a little effort, but not so high that you get discouraged if you don't get there or so low that you don't really even have to try.

We're already getting close to closing the third day of the week so time is getting shorter to start working at it if you haven't already, but come on, I know we can do it!

Heading into the weekend, keep it up everyone! For those of you ahead of your goals don't back off or fall behind because you think you've got it made, and for those of you stuck on that number you can't get past, put in a hard core day today and see what happens, you can suprise yourself!

Only 3 days till check-in, and we can celebrate with each other, see you all then.

This was one of the hardest weeks I had. I was motivated by being part of the team effort and by Friday I thought we could smoke that goal. Then I hit a snack fest on Saturday. I came back to reality late in the day and doubled up my exercise that night and Sunday. I don't think that helped as much as I was hoping so was somehat frustrated but what made me work so hard at it was all of you. Before I get to the numbers I have to say it was fun to think of all of you out there working toward that 8 pound goal. No matter if we hit it or not, the issue is we committed to it and worked to reach the goal. I just wish I could have used my numbers from Friday as I've acutally gained 7/10ths of a pound in the last two days. :( Anyway, thats part of living a normal life while on a diet.

For the record, 182 this morning, 68 total, 27.2% total, and for the week .......... 2.7 toward the goal!!!!!!!!!! After all that snacking and exersicing I ended up hitting my target.

205 to 203 (-2 lbs) Think I'm now in the weight "red zone" though. Going to have to grind it out for every pound. Did OK last week. This coming week - not so sure.
