Packed on the usual 20 lbs since thanksgiving again(190lbs). Running the chicago marathon again this year, so between training and no more cheese curds and High Life hope to loose it by May.
Well I have crept back up to 200. That means I have gained back 30 of the 80 I had lost. Decided over the weekend that April 1st was going to be the day to start back on the structured diet, but now seeing Bob post his numbers, and the fact that I went back to my regular diet breakfast this morning, I'm starting today. Just want to get back to the 175 point and with some will power and exercise I hope to do that by early June so I can shoot to maintain over the summer.
Down another 3 lbs, slowly but surely. I havent been in the 250's since i did my 30 day raw veggie juice fast 3 years ago.
