Did U get fat this last winter?

Packed on the usual 20 lbs since thanksgiving again(190lbs). Running the chicago marathon again this year, so between training and no more cheese curds and High Life hope to loose it by May.

Lost 7 pounds eating right and working up a sweat remodeling the house.......I just started my serious workout routine a few days ago.....I plan on working out every day until approx. 2nd week of August....... Only 160 days......Some meals i have had were a handful of brocolli and a large water last week.. I do 1 hour intense weights and crunches then about 40 minutes on the treadmill....current weight 265. Would like to get down to 205.

sounds like your kickin some major butt! Good luck and keep up the great work, maybe it will get me going again. I am hanging in there at 190

You continue to impress! What is your total weight loss to date? I could go back and read and figure it out, but let's see that impressive number posted here. You have set your mind to this and have won!! What a job well done. :)

Thanks mspease. I am down 108.8 lbs. Feeling great and have tons of energy. My goal is 225, but I may change that to 205-210, but we will see when we get there.

Well I have crept back up to 200. That means I have gained back 30 of the 80 I had lost. Decided over the weekend that April 1st was going to be the day to start back on the structured diet, but now seeing Bob post his numbers, and the fact that I went back to my regular diet breakfast this morning, I'm starting today. Just want to get back to the 175 point and with some will power and exercise I hope to do that by early June so I can shoot to maintain over the summer.

Think I'm going to have to get back on this wagon and ride some coat-tails. Up about 16 from last fall but still down about 20 from a year ago. Guess I'll have to start checking in more regularly for some inspiration.

Well that didn't happen!

Starting today as originally planned. Starting weight 209.1. Really pigged out the last two weeks and jumped up there real fast. Hoping this week a lot of that comes off real fast too!

Spring is here, the season is over so lets get back on the bandwagon and repeat our successes from last year everyone.

Off to a little slower start than I hoped for, but didn't stick to it every day this past week. Did get out yesterday and start walking again, only about the 4th time since November and that felt great.

For the week, down 3.1 to 206.

Well even though i went to an Easter buffet and the candy was jumping into my mouth last week i still lost 3 more pounds. So i have lost 11 ponds so far, slowly but surely. 262 right now. O and i did not work out at all the past 2 weeks in the weight room and treadmill but i have been busy around the house with remodeling.
I think i can do it this year. I have accepted and been happy many times that my meal of raw broccolli and raw almonds is the way to go. So i will do coffee for as long as possable and then have brocccoli and almonds with water when i am hungry. I have to get the weight down significantly by the time camping/rafting trip on the Wold River comes around this August.

189, lost a pound not trying, just been busy and forget to eat sometimes. Been hot here in FL, about 85 and working in the sun. Should be home this time next week.

Just spinning my wheels this year. Actually went up 2.3 to 208.3. Not staying committed in the evenings and this past weekend was birthday cake 4 times a day. To rainy to walk..... just a bunch of excuses. Need to get the will power back. We'll see how this week goes.
