Way to go guys! sorry I haven't checked in, just nothing happening on my end. Hanging around the 179-184 range. I still want to be at the 175 number but not too worried about hitting it before Christmas, we'll see. I'm not having any problems maintaining the smart eating side, just don't seem motivated to work out at all right now so thats slowing down any ability to drop a few pounds. Keep waving the banner byrn, you're the leader of the pack at this stage and its great to see your success! RidinD was great to hear from you again too, let us know when you drop that final 6!

Keep it up guys, still looking forward to meeting up sometime this season.

Lost another 6lbs and reached my goal! Total loss since the we started is 151lbs. If you go back to when I Started last Jan, down 201 lbs. I see that number and still dont believe but its no lie. A lot of people dont even recognize me anymoe, kinda funny! I will see if i can find some pics to show before and after! Bryn keep up the good work buddy!

289.5 today. I am down 78.5 so far. How did everyone else do? I know we are all depressed with the lack of snow, but that just gives us more time to get in even better shape so what we can ride that much harder. Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Way to go byrn71! Keep it up. I'm starting back on the plan tomorrow to drop the 18 I've picked up over the last couple months. Hope to do that in January but really more interested in finalizing that permanent balance so I can maintain where I want to be.

Awesome byrn71! Have you had a chance to ride your sled since all of the weight loss? I'm guessing it will be quite the change, for the good!

Haven't checked in on this thread in awhile. My gym did a diet challenge starting Nov 1st, for 6 weeks. I lost 10 pounds. Since Feb 1st of last year- I'm down 20 lbs. I want to lose about 12 more. Still hitting the gym 5 days a week, and watching the diet. It's coming off slowly but surely. Happy New Year all!

Mspease I have not rode my sled yet this year except for around the yard, but I cannot wait to ride, I am sure it will be alot easier to ride with the weight loss. Thanks for encouragement everyone. Happy New Year!!!!

Yeah i'm starting over too. i came out of the gate strong with my fruits/veggies and protien shake diet. It was coming off at about a pound a day. Of course i strayed from that, went back to normail eating and gained it back..... So i'm 270 and need to drop weight as much as i can by 2nd week of August for my Wolf River rafting trip.
