Well I Am Thrilled to say I will be neighbor's to Krupp's!
I picked up a little shack across the road from Richard and My UP Mom!
It needs a little bit of: www.hennesseyhandyman.com services but soon it will be all cozy, and its MINE!

I'm looking for a name for it and this is what we have come up with so far:

"Scottishack"
"The Shack"

any idea's out there?

I'm PUMPED!

First of all, you have to build a huge privacy fence between you and the neighbors, so that all those snowmobilers don't come roaring over your yard at bar closing time.

Next grab about a 6 pack of beer drink them all and toss the bottles...not cans... OVER the fence. This always establishes dominance with the neighbors and lets them know that you won't take any nonesense from any of them.

Finally figure out a really good name like, "CITY SLICKER GONE WILD" or "GO'N FOR BROKE" or "SMOKE'N DOPE"....and this is really important.....make the sign about 4 feet by 8 feet and use some really loud colors ....this is bound to let the folks in your neighborhood know that you are NOT the average Yooper...and that you are not going to be leav'n any change on the table.

Once you have done that check back with us and we will come up with a nice catchy name that you can eventually replace the tacky one with over time.

Oh, and don't be surprised if the neighbors come over with fresh baked cookies tryin to get on your good side...jist take the cookies and eat them all right in front of them and then burp really loudly, and thank them as you close the door in their face. The worst thing you can do is smile at them....JIST DON'T DO IT!...they will read this as weakness and pounce on you like a cat. No sir, just establish your dominance early and leave zero doubts about where you stand on politics, gay marriage, and anyone who grows a garden.....Okay, let us know how this all works out! Eh?

CONGRATS!

You called it the Scottishack a few weeks ago when I was up there so I don't think you have any other choices. When is the house warming party? I'll be up the end of May or early June.

The house i grew up in had a kitchen sink just like that one, and that wallpaper is the bomb !!!

congrats now you can spend the weekends doing maintnance cleaning shoveling and the week hopping your furnace is working.
I think guys in the trades use my cabin more than I do. I always barter maitnace for weekends.
I do that stuff all week would rather not when I go to try to relax.almost dumped it before I started trading with guys I work with to get stuff done

it's so hideous looking you almost need to keep it on. no one would believe it. what are the graphics on it, couldn't make it out on my computer?
