New Apex was sighted!!!

Unverified...and seen by a loyal polaris rider west of minocqua, this weekend.....said apex on the hood....doesn't look like the current apex and doesn't look like the current VIPER...will it come out for 2016?? I guess we will see wednesday.

Of course...we can always bug the crap outta KIP, til he spills the beans...lmao!!!

(Yes...I realize I just started an internet fire...lol)

Kip not talking already asked him ...lots of Apex rumors this year...lol... but I'm on demo list for new Yam or Doo 150+hp 2016 4s sled. We will know Wednesday noon eastern. Something cooking with doo 4s in 2016 lots of leaks.

First year in a while that there hasn't been rumors of a bigger Doo 4 stroke, so who knows, maybe this WILL be the year. lol

Doubt Doo would want to cut their 800 Etec sales by 75%, but you never know.

I doubt a new big power 4 stroke would cut the 800 E-Tec by anywhere near that number! Certainly didn't take that away from the Cat line up! I do think however a good 160ish HP 4 stroke from Doo would be a nice addition to there line up!

Obviously, my 75% comment was a bit tongue and cheek, and upon review of the 2016's, a moot point. lol

Updates to the 1200 look good though.

Maybe next year for Doo!...til then they sure make a "nice" sled chassis!

So the new Apex will come out on Wed. and be a Totally Yamaha sled?...LOL....502 #'s....175 NA HP with optional on board NOS with free refills for life?

Sorry guys, wish I knew! I'm glad I don't as it would not make selling much fun for the current year product:) A new Apex would be great but Yamaha has not been quick to the table in the last few years with new product in certain areas.

Updated rear skid for Apex xtx would make me happy & not affect 15 Apex xtx sales. Current Apex XTX already a great sled & SE good the way it is..:)

I wish doo would make a nice sled chassis too, that rev XS is a brutal chassis, why would everyone and their brother want one? Crazy!!!! The r motion is terrible over bumps too and is just all around BORING:rolleyes:, LMAO!!!!!

Interested in Doo? Am Snow has just released the Doo 2016 Line up. Apparently they did away with the GSX & focused on a new crosstour Renegade with 4 engine options. Quite a few changes in their line up, if your a subscriber, check it out. No news on the other mfg for 2016, yet....-Mezz

Ski-Doo – February 23, 2015 (available for viewing now on Ski-Doo website)
Yamaha – February 25, 2015
Arctic Cat – March 1, 2015
Polaris – March 2, 2015

After riding my 08 Apex LTX , I'm changing back to Polaris next year.
I'd do it this year but no snow around here and been up north enough this year.
Tired of bouncing around, darting, bottoming out and turning a tank around corners, I'm done with Yamaha.
I rode my son's friends AXYS 800 and I'm sold on it. Only change is that I'm going with the 600.

A buddy of mine has a 600 AXYS. He says he cannot get the inside ski to lift no matter what he does. Good problem to have.
