Thats the thing it wouldnt improve the team. Then we would have no QB. And in a wild scramble for a make shift QB. Good thing about football, is its not baseball. The bears dont need to take the 4 year approach to get back to winning like the cubs have. Wait and see what happens

That is where we differ I have no problem moving any player on the Bears to make them better and I don't see a team that has much hope of being better next season. Got to rebuild & Cutler not the QB of the future. I not at all sure what you are seeing that is good other than the O line, Forte & 2 receivers the rest is 2nd rate at best.

When healthy the offense is built to win now. no time to rebuild. Forte, marshall, bennett, bushrod, garza, dont have time to wait 2 years. they will be gone or to old to be productive. The team has lot of holes but at the same time alot of veteran talent. Thats why the GM gets paid the big bucks to figure it out and put a winning product on the field. They have a lot of money to spend this year to fill holes.....

I hear you and completely understand why people want jay gone.

But to truly have a chance of winning next year i think he's the only hope. even if it isnt a great chance.

San fran is unhappy with kaepernick, id trade jay for him.

Also they were just saying that for the bears to fire trestman and his staff along with emery, would cost the bears 15 million. I doubt they go that route.

I have no idea about the bucks only management knows that true picture...I'm fine if Trestman stays, Emery stays, Tucker goes goes & Jay goes. It would be very interesting to see what Trestman could do with Kapernick but never thought it would or could happen. Kromer lost his cool with Jay didn't have nice things to say about Jay's game management skills....LOL....I'm like NO POOP!!! ....he sucks... No idea who will replace Jay at QB but if Trestman still here he would know who is the best available talent other than Jay. I don't know what is wrong with Jay but looking at his on field performance I just can't take him anymore has to go somewhere else needs a fresh start.....If Chicago was Philly Jay would get hate mail & booed off the field. lol

momoney u seem to be afraid of change.
Albert Einstein was quoted as saying the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. (yikes im quoting Albert Einstein.)

that is what you have with cutler.
why will next year be any different?
i understand what you're saying he's better than anyone out there but sometimes change needs to be made regardless if the outcome is unknown.

not afraid of change at all. Before jay cutler we changed QBs every freakin year. That is not what I want to revert to. But it seems that's the popular choice amongst bears fans.

Exactly Jay no good in the Trestman system seen enough to know that. If Trestman stays he needs a new QB to coach...I don't think Jay is happy here either.. likes the money but not the O system.

Lions

Detroit Lions on top of the NFC North.......finally! At least until the 28th of December. They make me wriggle and yell the last two minutes of every game but woohoo I'm good right now!

Yup..... even though his recievers didn't do him any favors today!
Imo Pack defense is just plain bad.
Detroit down 14 ....ouch!

packer d had nothing to do with this loss.
packer d was actually good considering bills were playing on the packer side of the 50 all day and couldn't muster any td's.
the offense killed us.
rodgers wasn't his normal self but if jordy catchs that 95 yard td this maybe would of been a win. way too many drops.
well here we come seattle.

16-14 final.....you were counting 'em out too early.

What number are you? ↑ Would love to watch the Pack and know there was a JD local playing.......

I love how you speak of the defense in 3rd person and the offense in the first? That totally leads me to believe you are really on the team. hehehehehehehe

Yes it was awful on all fronts, bad coaching & Cutler brain dead. After the game a good discussion about Jay the BAD QB vs the person. I see it the same way no leadership qualities, can not run the west coast O, all the talent in the world but just can't do it on the field. The sample of Cutler's work is huge now... he is a $100,000,000 dud probably will be moved if anyone wants him but to me the more he plays the further his value drops. They did say Trestman stuck with a lot of problems before he got there including Cutler & an aging D Bears have to shake things up or will be a bottom dweller for years. No one has any idea what will happen at end of season but only big changes will help ..Vikings already better than Bears so will finish last in North...sad.sad.. sad.:(

Just read the Monday night game reviews & sounds Like Emery might clean house at end of season.... Trestman & staff gone & if Emery is canned too Cutler sure to be traded as well. No one pulling punches anymore calling the Bears an embaressment & Cutler digressing in each game. Unless there is a magical turnaround in the next 2 games big shake up coming at seasons end no one can see the Bears not lopping off coaching heads. Who is in the running to replace Trestman & staff?

I don't remember all the details, but during the game Monday night they showed Cutler's career stats vs the NFL average. He was right on track with the average numbers in almost all the areas and they said Urlacher had made the comment on the radio earlier that he was nothing but an average QB earning a superstar paycheck. When I saw that info I realized that no one can argue he is just having a bad game, in the wrong system, or had receivers drop balls. If after 9 years in the league his numbers are average, then that's all he is.

yup the coaching staff is so gone it's not even funny.
O cordinator...gone
D cordinator...gone
coach...gone
gm...gone

when you put a display on like they did last night on top of these games they're getting routed no one is safe. i'm just wondering why they ain't doing it today.
i don't think they made it past mid field until it was 4th quarter garbage time.
cutler totally stunk but the team is just a rudderless, disorganized, inept group of individuals who cannot wait to get out of town once the season is over.
the fake punt with 10 guys on the field...cmon!
the false starts.
as bad as cutler was and he was awful there was so many mix up's in the blocking scheme where two offensive players would block a saint and the other saint would have a clear path at cutler. it looked like they had never practiced.
everyone who wanted change this game solidified it.

Sounds like trestman & staff will be fired if the rumors are true. Not sure if harbough will want to take over this mess if michigan offers him huge money. I am also not sure the bears will be willing to spend that much money on him if they will still be paying trestman. The organization is in shambles and I dont know who can get them out. Gona take time. Just please dont draft jamies winston. he will only make it worse and we will be the new raiders for the next 10 years. Someone with that little self awareness cannot be handed the keys to the franchise. He has bust written on his forehead. Just like johny football and jamarcus russel. Guys that dont have self awareness dont have a chance being a successful QB in NFL.
