What a FUN DAY! FUN FUN FUN! We went riding with Doug, Will and Joni and their kids.

Joni and Megan came to our house and rode 2-up on Revegade, I rode Rev, the boys rode their 340s, Jim rode Doug's 800 Summit and Doug rode Alyssa's 550 Fan. We met Will on the trail just south of Prior Lake. Will rode his sled 2-up with Alex from their house. We had a blast! Stopped at St. Pats for some pop and fries, then headed to Union Hill for some more pop and cheese balls, then back to St. Pats - for a potty break and then home.

I won't say the trails were great, but it was fun! Ditch banging is a challenge!!! I feel like I was riding a saddle bronc all day... but it was a ride and truly was fun.

Joni and Will's kids are the coolest couple of sled kids you could ever want! Those two were all about the riding. Not a peep out of them about being cold or bored! When they had to drive home in the truck with Joni while Will rode his sled home... they were all bummed that they didn't get to ride with Will! So CUTE!

Dylan did great... he struggled with the terrain, but he really did a great job adapting and getting it done. Dustin - he's a natural on the sled. He kicked serious sledbutt on his little 340!

I am sore... so I'm gonna load up on motrin and flexril and take a hot shower.

Y'all have a good night!

Brad,
A gasket let loose on the PTO side. The one under the jugg causing all the antrifreeze to go out the exhaust. Lots of white smoke. I will pick up all the parts after work and will have it running by tomorrow night. Test it out Wed or Thursday night. The good news is the steering post mount is fix........

Soctt - bummer on the sled - hope it's a cheap fix this time!

Bradzoo - we'll miss you @ The Ride In! Give Kelly a big hug for me! We won't make it to Paradise - we'll be heading to Cable, WI on February 14th and staying there until the 18th. Then it's over to Walker, MN for Eelpout Festival! YEEHAW! LOL

OK - it's a nice day - sun's out and I'm stsuck at work. This stinks!! I'd rather be out riding or snowshoeing!!!

It sounds like a couple people had some fun riding this weekend and someone else not so much (glad it's not something serious Scott).

I had a pretty boring weekend which mostly consisted of taking down my Christmas decorations. I did go to see Avatar. I thought it was a pretty good movie and seeing it in 3D made it even better (this was the first movie I ever saw in 3D).

Wags - it took a while but to answer your question about my truck but I have a GMC Yukon with a 5.3L V8 with 97,000 miles on it. I still have no idea where all the oil is going. So far the truck is running fine. I'll just keep driving it and checking the oil level. What a pain in the butt!

Back to boring work.

Scoop, Yep the GMC and Chevy V-8's are known for the valve bypass, do you see the "blue" out the exhaust pipe when you start her up?

I'd try a thicker oil and see if that clears it up you prpbably got a 5w-30 that thins out when pulling put a 10w -30 in it and see if that uses less
