Wow Brad, that's awesome! Congratulations to Wyatt! Marquette is a cool place to go to college.

The countdown to the Ride-in is on! One week from today I will be in da U.P. and finally get to ride my sled for the first time this year. I can't wait!

6 More days and I will be up riding before the Ride in... for the 3rd up trip this year!

Hey Brad - Congrats to Wyatt - how awesome is that?

I really wish we could make the Ride In this year - but it's not going to happen - E has to work :(

On top of that - my sled "Lola" has decided to be a total "B"......she took 2 hours to start yesterday and while trying to figure out why she was being so stubborn - found that the neck of the gas tank/gas cap is almost completely broken off.....Sigh.....Hopefully it will be an easy fix?? Anyone have this issue before?

Really surprised and confused as to how/when it happened. She was totally intact when she was put away this summer into the shed - so when this happened and how is still a mystery.

Hope to take her out for a quick spin today despite that......at least I can get a couple miles on her?

Let me know if you need a tank I might be able to dig an Edge tank up, I'll go through my stock pile when I get home from work, I can bring it north with us and get it to Scott to take over to you.

Well sleds are all loaded and ready to go!!

Thanks Brad! Let me know if you have one - and we'll let you know if we need it! Going to take her to the local Off Road Mechanic up here tomorrow and see what he can do for her.

So far the super glue E put on it is not working......prolly too cold out for it to setup. :( So much for riding her around.....guess my spin down the driveway last night was all I'm going to get until she's fixed up. ~SIGH~

Were riding up from Paulding with the Runningbears and DaveB Scoop Catmandoo..... Were trying to get Bradzooo to meet down from Houghton somewhere and have a cook out in the woods.... You got any phone numbers of any of us?

Andie, It happens lots more times than you think. If Brad can find one we will get it down somehow....

Brad - How much do you want for the tank? I would love it! I'm still very bummed out that it happened! :(

Here's a picture of E going out for a ride yesterday........Supposed to get into the 30's up here - so I'm guessing most of the snow will be melting again.......

Brad you are too sweet! Hopefully next year we'll be able to make the Ride In again - in which case - you're drinks are on me! :)

We checked with the mechanic up here by the cabin - and he will install it super cheap once we get it ~ I may just get to ride yet this year! (If only the snow will stick around!!!!)

Might be cheaper to buy a new then, I was thinkin about havin E cheer for the Packers next season but he would have prolly went and bought a new tank.

Squat I talked to Scott and he said he can take home with him since you guy's are coming up by sled prolly would be the easiest.

Yup Giddy here too!! Sleds are loaded, snow gear packed, vittles bought, just throw the clothes together and were outta here, Juls were lookin at being in Houghton 5-6pm Thur. we'll call when we get in.
