Fill me in on date and location. I need to put in for vacation. Lol. I would love to come up and ride.

now what are we doing? Planning an out west trip my limit the riders but than again many of us are now heading west more than even. I am in for a UP ride and I get out west 1 time a year at best and maybe not even that,,, depends how cash flow is. If I go west it will be a serious ride with good friends not trying to outdo each other but trying to improve skills. Lets figure it out!

Well I for one am down for a ride with you guy's anywhere, but I may be in a similar situation as you Lenny. As a matter of fact, if I can manage to get my ducks in a row, I may just be your neighbor soon! I'm trying anything and everything I can to get my family out of Chicago. If that actually pans out the way I hope it to, I might even be on a rental for this epic ride.

I guess it wouldn't be anything new though. I discovered the UP backcountry on an Evert's rental. Some things just have a way of coming around full circle!

only down fall the po 800 is the fuel mileage. i think 80% of engine failures come from the high quality water downed ethenol improved gas now a days. wait till its 15% ethenol in a year or so. then everything will be junk
