Looks like on heck of a storm brewin!!!!the roads going out should be fun....coming right across I80 from the west....Great!!!!!

Today: Snow. Temperature falling to around 3 by 5pm. Wind chill values as low as -10. West northwest wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Tonight: Snow. Low around -7. Wind chill values as low as -15. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Monday: A 50 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy and cold, with a high near 1. Wind chill values as low as -25. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Windy means forget about going over Libby flats. Breezy means when going over, ride bumper to bumper and hopefully you might be able to make out the tail light in front of you in between gusts!

Friend from Nebraska is on his way back home from weekend in snowies....said today was 2"fresh.....yeeehaw.....and it was still snowing hard when he left!!!!!!!!!

snowys update

got here sat night late,out running the storm . sun riding we found wind blown settled tracked snow on most of trails and common hill areas.the sun was out but the BIG STORM did not hit here. although we have a lot of searching to do we did find some sweet soft areas in the trees that where a blast. will update more tommorrow . hopfuly we will get the 4 to 6 fresh on this side of the mountian ...

Stopped in Centennial for a couple days before we head down to Colorado. Found the same as XFIRE. Been super windy here so holes and tree's are the only good riding. The wind blows the snow into the low area's and stacks up fresh in the holes so study your maps to find them. There is bottomless powder once you find the good area's. The typical area's that hold the snow are good now to, like west toward Saratoga in the big hole that trail N, U, H and L wrap around and North/Northeast toward Sand Lake has awesome snow in the tree's. Gonna have to do some serious exploring to find the fresh. Also keep in mind Colorado is getting pounded with snow and its only 1.5 hours to get to Walden. Have fun and be safe guys, we'll try and leave you some freshy.

Looks like Iowa is pretty much gona suck. Be careful out there guys, keep the rubber side down. See you at the Coral Wed evening. Getting pumped now!!
