John's winter forecasts are supposed to start up today and I'm pretty pumped!!

Today's progress. Steam clean the entire sled, opened up the chaincase inspected/tightened chain, replaced all 4 hood straps ( pain in the ***) removed the rear suspension, new slides, inspected all bearings and replaced as necessary.

No new threads so, I'll bore you with what I have going on. Bought an 04 renegade 600 for my son. In the process of going through that now. Replacing the front bulk head (Nun) going through both clutchs, chaincase, rear suspension bearings and joints. Along with a good cleaning. Always fun...
