    Gauntlets/handlebar muffs (Ski Doo brand)

Up for sale is a brand new pair of Ski doo gauntlets. I bought them a long time ago and never put them on. As you can see the tag is still on. I paid $36.99 + tax at the time. I will let them go for $20. In my opinion the warmest option for keeping your hands warm while snowmobiling is...

Brand new take off Ski loops and carbides from 2019 Arctic Cat RR

I have a set of factory ski loops (handles) and carbides I took off a set of 2019 RR skis up for sale. I bought the skis to swap out on my Viper and changed loops and carbides right away. So, these are brand new factory take offs. Loops are AC green in color. Country cat has the loops listed...

    Turbo Yamacats

I agree with the heated seat. Initially thought it was a gimmick, but man it's a nice feature. I have back issues and it's nice to have the heat, as I can feel it run all of the way into my lower back. I usually just keep it on low.

    Shawano County

Since the majority of Shawano Co trails opened (was really waiting for 3A actually) we ventured out Saturday and went through Bowler, Wittenberg, Birnamwood, and back. Of course the Mountain Bay and Wiouwash were great. Plenty of snow and flat. The side trails could definitely use more snow...

    Florence/Florence County, WI

Our main ride in Florence will be this Friday. Saturday will probably end out hanging out of Fisher lake with some friends, whom will be doing some ice fishing with their kids and others. We're staying at the Lakeside B&B. Was hoping to get some snow before then, as from some of the above...

    Turbo Yamacats

I have a '17 Sidewinder, which I love. I have not had any issues (knock on wood), but I also had read about some issues others had when they first came out. So, there were a few things that were done for preventative maintenance. If you do go this route, I would suggest taking a look at the...

    Snowmobile track mats

Was in the local Fleet Farm last night and found a Raider brand track mat. 18x54" piece with hardware. Looks similar to the caliber, but was almost $20 cheaper (I know you usually get what you pay for.) Will try it and see. May look into getting some ski guides, which they did not have there...

    Florence/Florence County, WI

Sounds great. I didn't have any particular direction in mind. Something probably enough for a day trip, but not too long. These days we're happy with less miles than when we were younger and more youthful. If we can keep it 100 miles or less that's good enough for us. I'd almost venture to...

    Florence/Florence County, WI

Not real familiar with this area, but we were invited next weekend to stay on Fisher Lake in Florence. The others in the group will be mostly ice fishing, but we're bringing the sleds and would like to do some riding. Anyone have any feedback on the area, good routes to go, places to stop or...

    Snowmobile track mats

Great info. Thanks! Was not familiar with horse/cow mats either. Tuck, that looks nice in your trailer. I don't have an "in" with anyone with access to old conveyor belts, but do recall an acquaintance in the past, whom had that in his trailer. His was excessive though, and probably doubled...

    Snowmobile track mats

I'm looking for the best place to get some mat protectors for my trailer. I'm sick of replacing boards on my trailer. As much as I love studs on the trails and ice, they are taking a toll on my trailer. Just wondering what is recommended and where is the best place to get them from...

    Closed helmets and prescription glasses.

Have had the same problem. I heard that the new Mission helmet is agreeable to glasses, however, and doesn't have the fogging issue w/glasses. I tried one on at a local dealer, though, and have to admit I couldn't figure out a way to have my glasses sit normally on my face and nose. Maybe it...

    Helmet with heated shield

Was looking at the Mission and the CX950 myself. I did really like the looks of the CX950. Have not heard one negative about the Mission, however. I currently have an HJC that treated me well and I didn't even have to use the heated shield, as fogging was not really an issue with this helmet...

    Mountain Bay Trail- Marathon County

I cannot speak for the Marathon Co portion of the Mtn Bay, but did ride to the border of it in Shawano Co on Sat afternoon. Rode from Lyndhurst to Eland and back. Flat and smooth with only a couple of thin spots, which were closer to Eland. We saw a few other sleds on the Wiouwash heading...

Rhinelander area (and Langlade Co and Forest Co)

Anyone have any updates on the Rhinelander area? Heading to Clear Lake Inn for an annual trip this Wednesday. Last week sounded bleak. Wondering if the little bit of new snow may have helped? Also, I did ride Langlade and Forest Co last Saturday. Any worries about no snow for slide lube was...
