I love how u doo guys just keep claiming you have the market cornered!!!!hmmm crazy 300miles to a tank best sidehill sled ever....hahahaha this is the real world get out and ride they all do the job....ITS NOT THE SHIP SO MUCH AS THE SAILOR!!!!!

I never said that..just said the doos were lighter, ride and handle very well..Cat has a very low tech engine compared to ski-doo (so does polaris).
My crossfire was a fun sled..but it got 8-10 mpg when you were playing in powder..it also smoked like a pig, and vibrated like a paint mixer..I just think if you loved two strokes(I don't and won't buy another one)..ski-doo would be the way to go.

For the record..I am a yamaha guy, not a doo guy

8-10 mpg in powder? what do you expect when your going wide open in endless snow, you cant base a correct mpg while powder riding, its not accurate. and as for the M's i hope they dont remove that chassis from the lineup even though it has had the same look for many years

I know it's not an exact science...but my cat ran dry before anybody else would...(maybe it's the rider..lol) I don't ride powder anymore..too much work and I am too old and out of shape..60 miles of 3 ft deep would kill me...lol

I disagree that doo is the one to get for pow busting I am a cat cuy but have spent allot of time on a free ride and summit and hands down the cat is the most user frendly pow sled huge sweet spot for side hilling belly pan keeps the sled on top you lean and the sled rolles over.way more guys have gone from doo to cat than the other way around for pow sleds.now with the new body it may not be that way but the M has been the bench mark for a long time and still is just pick up a rag and no matter what brand the rag is testing the M is allways brought up as a comparison.I just wish they would come out with a 146.and no nun to bust off or chasi to twist and bend

Um, can we get some punctuation use in here? Please?

well said, doo for sure does not rule the pow. I don't have either one but have spent a fair amount of time on both and can speak from experience, cat is the very well balanced and carves like a dream, I got on the 10 600 etec summit and yanked and yanked, wore myself out. Cat and poo are awesome in the pow, in fact, I prefer my 2001 yammi mtn max 141 with cat power claw and simmons over the new doo. My MMax carve very well, just looks like a mole digging a little lower than the rest. The power of the doo is right on but rolling it over is a hassle

Well back to Aman's point is the Rush a BUST for Poo? Sure not selling across all age demos. Younger guys like Rush but bulk of Poo market is blue hairs & they are not digging Rush IMO. I have heard older Poo guys ragging Rush don't like the looks at all & I say sooooooo what if it works & IQ is old as dirt? They shake head no way then buy Vectors or TNT 600 eteks. I don't know but I think Poo has big problem with Rush broad market appeal & are trying very hard with demo rides to get acceptance but not happening. Is Poo in trouble with Rush???? I agree with Aman I think Poo has a bust here not that it doesn't ride well but the Poo faithful just not embracing Rush looking for 4s or something else from Poo. Should Poo bet the farm on Rush Platform or is something else needed & coming soon?

may be low tech but my buds new 800etec got its arss handed to it buy a 5 yr old 700 last week cat had a 136 2 the doo 1.75 across the lake in pow in da UP. low tech the new 800ho is still more hp than the e tech just because you have direct injection dose not make you fast/ week over engineered light weight chasi make you light and vulnerable ask a dealer how many nun's they replaced this yr

06 xfire 7 136x2 also took a 10 assault but that is spinning a 146 so not a fair race even though it is a extra 100cc but the 2011 800 doo is I think 137 I know 1.75 lug.I just started tuning on my new 153 M1000 and stock it is even with a verry good running f7 non DD that is my bench mark we will see where it goes from here

Was just out in the pow in montana and the poo was the king of the hill stock.Lots of M8s tryed not one Doo rider stepped up to try there luck. The powder was deep as ya know.Wait till they get all the ponys out of there 8 and everyone is gonna pay for the wise cracks. The flat trackers are not alowed to run the rush everyone says its a unfair advantage, that is crap if doo or ac would of made it it would be on the track.
