Down 25 lbs since the 1st of the year, 5 more until that first number starts with a one! Haven't changed what I eat much, just smaller portions, and a $100 Trek!

Nice job Indy!! You're sled will love you.😁.

I did hit 203(barely) this morning so down 1.

Good Monday morning guys! Oh, it's Wednesday, been running late the last couple mornings didn't have time to sit down and peck away at the key board. So, I did weigh in mon. morning 230, up 1.5, I guess I knew this would happen at some point, we had grad parties to attend, the kind where you sit around and visit and munch all afternoon!! Anyway, now back on track(I hope) have a good rest of the week.
Good job Indy, and don't get fat like us old guys did!

I am definety off the plateau that I was on...... 172 lbs at 13.2% body fat. My next goal is to drop the body fat to 10% and maintain the weight at 172-175. According to the numbers I've lost 16.6 lbs of fat and gained 6.6 lbs of muscle since February.

287 Wednesday, so down 3 for the week- this is the end of week 3 and I still know the first ones come off fast - I have to keep reminding myself that just one pound a week is a major victory - 1/4 a week is victory! my old MO has been drop a lot fast and fall off the wagon- I will change that on this go around. thank you everyone for all your posts-keep-em coming! I wish yu the very best...I cancelled my order for the turbo for my 800 summit so I am committed!!!

Congrats!! 10%?.. that's nuts....best of luck.

Been kind of stuck around 204 plus or minus for awhile, little frustrating. Been eating really good,especially staying away from carbs.
Just finished week of 2nd shift and did really good not eating junk. Just handful of cashews with glass water. So just trying to power thru this week with more exercise. Although it is my day off I am gonna have my first beer or two in over 8 days.

Holding steady at 172 - 173 at 13%.

Good Luck with the 5K Eagle! I ran one last weekend and improved my time by 1:50 (28:48 total) over the 5K I did in April but I injured my achilles doing it..... trust me - stairs suck right now

Wow that's pretty good time. Sorry to hear about Achilles, not good.
I hate running. Lol Hard on knees and feet. Ill run on treadmill but outside usually just walk fast.

Made some progress and need to be under 200 before end of month. Today 202.4

Well I did hit 201 earlier in week but was 202 this morning.
Taking a fat week this week, I'm on vacation. Lol. Going out for pizza and beer!!
Still working out though, 5k this Saturday!!
