I hear ya Lenny. Isn't it nice to just enjoy life and not get worked up about something someone that you've never actually met said behind the veil of anonymity created by the internet? Chances are you'd never even spend the time talking to the guy if you met on the street, so why invest the time into him here. Of course its the great people of similar values and interests that we enjoy interacting with that keeps us all coming back here all the time.
Your absolutely right, I actually believed it was possible to persuade others by conversation or be persuaded but building relationships in the real world is how that is accomplished. Regardless it's a great learning experience. Now concerning weight! Today I had a thin real chicken breast on a bun with little mayo and lettuce, no chips and 2 glasses of water for lunch. I ran out the house early and had no breakfast which I know is wrong. Dinner I had popcorn shrimp and green beans and a can of Pepsi. Had a small cone tonight with family in Ontonagon. Believe it or not, this is a good day for me and at the same time I worked a solid 10 hrs painting. Typically I would of had a sandwich and chips along with a pop for lunch and probably double of what I ate for dinner, for sure a substantial decrease in calories.

Never really had a goal. Just kind of went with it. I feel less tired throughout the day and my feet never hurt at the end of a 12 hr shift anymore. If I get exhaust on my new pro, I will be over 100 lbs lighter than last year

It ain't true witout pix! (Er… um… No thongs, Speedos™ or "birtday suits", please!) :p
Just so there's no misunderstanding …
Indy, all kidding aside, as many others have said, I too am very impressed with this, your latest accomplishment — among so many others. And I'm damn jealous as well. I how I wish I could shed even 60# as easily as you make it seem (or any way at all!) and get back to where I was 50 years ago. Great attitude, good job, and an inspiration to all!

This is an announcement to all JD'ers. I'm going on a Nash Aattack! Franky made a grammatical error! Frank, "I how I wish",,,,, what exactly did you mean by that? Bam, hold the phone Johnny as this is a once in a life time occurrence. Even though I feel a little bad for ya Franky, I'm glad I could be the one to spot the mistake. Sorry brotha but I just had ta!
