Here's the deal frankly, your actualy smart and trying to help where as I am allmost illiterates and revengefull.

Intentionally I made five errors in above post and most peeps wouldn't find them. I blame it all on the English language being stupid and that's my final answer because phone a friend is not beneficial with the crew I hang with.

Oooh ya got me, Lenny. Yes, dat was 'sposed to be "O how I wish …". That's one fer you. … And one more fer me ["Aatack"]. Back to you. (Is someone keepin' score here?) :p

Frank, isn't your period supposed to be before the quotation make. If not, could you explain that one to me please?

Ya criticizin' my punk-chooatin' [sic] too, hombre?

Well, Lenny, you are technically right Shock - tiny.jpg (except fer da spellin'), although that is one stoopid punk-chooation [sic] rule I have always disagreed with — "it's just not logical, Jim, er… Lenny"! Of course therein lies the problem: The "punk-chooation" [sic] rules ain't necessarily logical! (I suspect that rule may in fact date wayyy back to some quirk in typesetting, maybe even back to ol' Johannes Gensfleisch zur Laden zum Gutenberg.)

Now to 'splain that: Being a "sof'ware injuneer" [sic] and "mathemagician" [sic] by "edjumacation" [sic] (and also Vulcan?), logic wins fer me.

If the period was included in the sentence/fragment you're quoting (verbatim, presumably) then the period clearly belongs inside the quotes; if the quoted sentence/fragment did not include the period then no dice. The period terminates the sentence, not the quotation! (Yes, that can lead to a somewhat odd looking construct like [… "Quoted sentence.".] … with one period from the quoted text and another to end the sentence. But "it's just logical, Jim, er Lenny". For the life of me I cannot believe I even remember that the period belongs within the quotation if it's the end of the sentence. I flunked so many classes throughout my attendance of the school of thinks'ins and learns'ins it's actually a miracle I'm alive. Maybe I remember it because it was so dumb?

I'm now in the SINGLE numbers for body fat %!. I weighed in on Monday at 174 lbs and 9.2% body fat! That's as low as I want to go as anything under that would be unhealthy. Since I started back in February I've lost 23 lbs of body fat but gained back 15 lbs of muscle.

Good job Indy!
I'm still hanging around the 225 range, haven't weighed in for a few days, I'm on vacation in Glacier Park, doing a lot of hiking, eating plenty also so we'll see how next week looks.
I'd still like to drop 10 pounds yet before winter.
