Its very similar to the early doo 800r motors. Big John over at SHR has been helping us doo guys with. I wanna switch back to the 800 poo and if problems arise indydan will be my first stop!

all these poo and doo problems are due to poor maintenance or operator error, no way they would produce a sled, send it to production and we the consumer get an inferior product. Just impossible,,,,,,

Would this thread end if PR1 came on here one day and said: "You know what, guys, I've been thinking about it. My sled hasn't given me problems but obviously it's a time-bomb, based on the 800 posts ahead of this one. I'll sell it and buy one of the problem-free sleds you've been suggesting."

nope,,,wouldn't end, no one ever said there was a problem free sled or recommended a problem free sled, such a sled doesn't exist

lloolloollllollll!!!!!!!!! Man,,,, if that were the case I'd have one in the garage right now and I mean that...I really would but the truth is the 800 has been proven unreliable,,,that is the older version, as soon as it earns a good rap I will own one!
I am a firm believer after 30some yrs as a paying tester for the snowmobile tester.
absolutely NO sleds in my stable until they have been on the market for at least 3 yrs.
the best is the last yr of a proven chasi. they sell cheep as holdovers and have every bug worked out.

Lenny, just about any credit union will give you a membership for $5 and with a hundred dollars down you can get a $12,000 sled and very low interest. I think I am at 1.9% on my sled. I put down half, but I asked what the lowest I could put down and that's what they said. Service 1 credit union. Wifes bike is thru Great Lakes Credit union and she got a 2.3% deal. I earn 20-25% on my money in business investments so that interest is chump change. No sense in saving up if you can flip a house for a new sled right?. Your going to insure the new sled anyways. Get a 14 Pro and I will buy it from you after it takes the big depreciation hit if you don't like it.
Now now, if you can play without calling names, you will be punished.

I'm with you on that 1 Lenny only cash for my toys. Financing toys can get WAY WAY out of control seen it eat up the most conservative folks. Only 1.9% on a sled, 2.5% on a ATV, 3.5% on a boat sure low interest rates but payments are payments & they add up & you can only use 1 toy at a time so stay within your budget. I know you have been to FL a very seductive place where people get in way over their heads with vacation pool homes, watercraft, you name it they buy it & then all the payments bury them. Never seen a place like FL everything is for sale sucks you in unless you use control. FL opened my eyes sooooooooo many people in over their heads!
