My buddys 07 F-150 with the 5.JUNK over 1k lbs heavier than all the chevys ive owned he even went as far as removing the spare tire to weigh each of them on a scale. Ate through 2 sets of wheel bearings 3 sets of ball joints 2 sets of tie rods, bent rear axle shaft, fried a pcm, cam phasers, coil packs, 4 wheel drive didn't work, need I say more? He had the newest truck with the lowest miles and had 10x the problems. Bought it with 40k, sold it with 80k. Not to mention the 5.4's were the slowest pickup on the road and the exhaust sounds like a honda. Obviously the Ecoboost and 5.0 are now a lot quicker. As far as chevy wheel bearings go, I had a 98 Sierra sold with original wheel bearings at 175k, 99 Sierra classic replaced the originals at 160k, 05 silverado sold with originals at 128k, 97 silverado currently running the originals at 168k. My dads 02 F150 junk at 115k I replaced with quality made in usa hub assemblies and the truck is squeaking again at 130k....
